Café da manhã excelente, poderiam fornecer um pequeno café da tarde pelo menos com leite, café e pão. O quarto era muito apertado para 3 pessoas, mas limpo e a decoração com toalhas sobre a cama era apaixonante. Também não nos ajudaram a carregar as malas pela escada para o segundo andar, acho que poderiam ser mais atenciosos essa situação.

Experiência acima da média no Ubatuba Eco Hotel. Sem dúvida, melhor estadia dentre todas as outras na região de Ubatuba e Paraty. Atendimento, atenção dos funcionários, limpeza do quarto, roupas de cama e produtos de higiene pessoal de ótima qualidade, e um café da manhã especial de muita variedade e qualidade (além do mimo de uma tapioca e/ou omelete preparados na hora).

O atendimento de todos os colaboradores é espetacular! Solícitos e gentis. Cafe da manhã muito bom! Oferecem fazer tapioca, omelete. Cama nova, firme e muito boa. Chuveiro a gas bem forte. Instalações novas e bem cuidadas. O único ponto negativo é a estrutura do prédio. Padedes e laje finas. Escutei banho, tubulação, espirros e conversas de hospedes do quarto ao lado e de cima.
