The staff at Bannisters always go above & beyond whenever we stay. Most recently a friend and I booked accommodation for our wives to stay for an early Mothers day present. I informed admin staff via email and a wonderful lady at reception by the name of Jessica upgraded rooms for our wives & also left them a complementary bag of chocolates made by a local confectionery business.
