The room was new, but the doors was open very shabby, raggedy. The hallways need cleaning up it smelled molded. Need upgrade in hallways. Didn’t go into pool it was not clean on ground was nasty. The Breakfast was from hell! Awful, disgusting.

The OK and the bad!! Mostly BAD!

There was ok and bad with this motel. Mostly on the negative side. The location around the hotel was not a good area. Suffice it to say, there are a lot of shady people, both directly around and in the area of the hotel. Considering it was a ramada, I was assuming some form of quality control with the hotel/rooms. Ramada's can apparently be independently owned, and based off the condition of this particular hotel, they need new owners or management. You have to pay an extra $100 deposit up front and if they deem your room acceptable after you leave, they reverse the charge. Thank goodness they at least have signs to warn you of this at the front desk. The room itself was ok as a place to rest your head for a few hours and genuinely smelled clean, but a very chemically overpowering clean. The TV and bed were not great, the bathroom is small, leading to bumping your elbows on the sink while using the facilities. The night prior to this we stayed at a very cut rate hotel in oneida, that made this place look like an absolute dump. I will not ever consider staying at this hotel again.

Run down hotel

It's kind of a get what you pay for situation. The hotel is pretty dumpy, but it's also very inexpensive. If I were to travel to this area again, I'd pay a little more to stay somewhere better

Of course! Here’s the revised version with that detail included: ⸻ We only stayed at the Ramada because a better hotel nearby was fully booked, and we figured it would be fine for just one night. While there were a few positives, the overall experience was disappointing. The exterior is in poor shape—peeling paint and neglect are obvious. Inside, there were safety issues: a bent floor transition strip that’s a tripping hazard and a loose, awkwardly placed power strip by the desk. I submitted feedback during the stay but never got a response. It’s clear why this hotel is rated around a 2.0. It needs much better ownership and attention to detail.

This propery was horrendous, a pit, seedy. Ants congregating on a piece of food in front of the room, floor was sticky and filthy, put on a fresh pair of socks and they were blackened by the floor, soap dispenser broken off the wall and empty, toilet seat not secure to the bowl, hang on ! However, the bed was fair. The grounds and interior looked abandoned, reminding us of Soviet block housing. Provided coffee in the lobby, but only powered cream. Being pet friendly was a bonus, but no where to let them relieve themselves and no receptacle for their poop.One star is a gift

When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the front desk and no sign indicating staff whereabouts, staff was also adversarial: consider training your staff to improve their interpersonal and communication skills. Hotel indicates that “breakfast is available”. Unfortunately, the adjoining restaurant went out of business: update your listing on Expedia please. There happened to be an ant emergence going on during my visit: the room had many adult ants scattered around the room.

Our stay at the Ramada was ok. We only stayed one night. The room was nice but the floors were dirty. My feet were black when I got in the shower. I usually bring slippers wherever I stay but forgot them this trip. Overall, I would stay again.

This is the worst place we have ever stayed! nothing is true! there's no restaurant or any coffee for breakfast, the pool was closed because "chlorine was too high" I think your staff was just lazy and didn't want to do anything with it. our room absolutely awful. there's dust, cobwebs and dirt e everywhere I have all the pictures. theres no hand soap in the bathroom. the bed awful every tiny move it's so loud this metal bedframe is ridiculous. I will be telling the front desk when we check out

Didnt feel safe with my belongings in the car. I had to fix the tiolet seat before i could use it. Hotels.com said they charged $25/pet but when I went to pay they charged me $30/pet. I asked about it and refised to adjust the price.
