I really enjoyed my time at Gasthof! The room was super comfy, warm, and clean, with a wonderful view of the river. It was super walkable & great location. The breakfast is simple enough — all good meat, cheese, bread, and fruit — but nothing crazy special. The gym has everything that you need & there's 2 hot tubs indoors as well as a steam room and sauna. All super clean.

Charming town, Awesome hotel!

Great place! Lobby is charming! Our room so clean and comfortable!! Comfy King bed. Personnel in front desk help us by phone to arrive without issues and wait for us outside waving her hands to show the correct path. Friendly people! Hotel in the middle of town! Few steps from gondola 1. Awesome! Food and servers on the restaurant soooo good!

Staff was great and very helpful. Rooms were a nice size, very clean and very quiet. Only issue is driving onto the hotel property as it is a road rarely used by vehicles and filled with pedestrians and the guard gate where you can get directions is difficult to see. But there is signage so read it carefully.

The stay was okay. The hotel was right in the middle of the shopping center it was a little complicated to locate. Parking was kind of a pain because if you wanted to park at the hotel it was an additional 45 dollars per night for parking and the garage is extra small. Staff was nice and respectful.

This hotel is one of the cornerstone european style gasthofs(hotels) in Vail and it’s well worth staying.The hotel room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice. The beds were very. We had a great overlook of Gore Creek. The staff is highly trained and very friendly. The continental breakfast was very good. The restaurant menu had many options with the main focus of Austrian style food. The prices were comparable to other Vail restaurants. The bar was a great place to hang out and people watch or catch a game. Lastly, the hotel is full of history so if you want to experience Vail then this is the hotel to drop bags and stay a night or two!

I like the flowers and the cleanliness around the hotel I didn’t like the mattress. It was way to soft. My wait is only around 115 lbs and the bed will not support the weight
