FEATURES: Main bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath. 3rd bedroom has 2 twins that can be converted to a king and a bathroom in the hall. The spiral staircase allows access to a small loft with a futon, suitable for an older child.

NOTE: No Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation; in the summer, opening windows cools the condo pretty quickly, but you then you may hear some highway noise.

Nice place but not!

You got a nice place, 1) No internet. 2) fireplace didn't work. 3) No directions on how to use appliance's, fireplace, heat ETC... There was a drawer full of owners manuals most of them were installation manuals. Light switches that didn't work. Most VRBOs that we have stayed in had instructions typed out. We had to try and find out how the lights in the Master BR went on ETC... We were only staying for a couple of days, I went back and forth with someone about the FP but we got no where. No one has time to try and get stuff done when we have such a short window to enjoy the area. Too Bad!!

Great August vacation in Vail

Location was perfect, could walk to coffee shops and restaurants every day/night. Hiking and biking right out the garage. On-site parking made day trips easy and efficient. Will hopefully be back again soon.

Nice But Needs Attention

Condo is nice and in a great location. But master bathroom shower/bathtub needs replaced before someone falls and breaks their neck getting in and out (Liability exposure?). Hallway bath controls, Kitchen compactor, and Living Room window handle all need maintenance to repair (thought you should know.). Reinvest in property for long term value.

Close to village, great view, needs some electrical work

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is convenient to the village, but other reviews are correct about traffic noise due to I-70. If you are coming in the summer and want windows open but no noise, look elsewhere. The building is solid and covered parking is great. We had electrical issues with the fireplace, stove and an outlet in master bath. The fireplace was the biggest issue and we had difficulty hearing back from the management company. Once we did hear back, maintenance was responsive. Fireplace was critical given the really cold temps. Kitchen is well stocked. Dishwasher area somehow had Clorox on a surface and ruined two pieces of clothing. Wish that all units had an outdoor hot tub.

Great location — easy walk to shopping, restaurants and gondola. One issue, we seek out NO PET properties due to my husband’s pet hair allergy. This property stated in their write up “No Dogs”, but yet their was dog hair all over the condo. Also, the twin bedroom fan needs serious attention.

Awesome place

We loved the location; you can walk to all the restaurants and skiing. The communication with Greg the manager was easy and he was super accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend using the grocery shopper who stocks up the house before arrival. Our only complaint is that the TV was outdated and WiFi and other technology was horrible so we couldn’t play stream music or movies. Their Bose system needs to be fixed. Otherwise superb house and location.

As nice as advertised...

Great place and location. Walk to the village and golden peak, bus to lionshead. Easy to cook meals and relax after time on the mountain. Hardwood floors are slick, bring some slipers. Underground parking rocks. Pleasant neighbors. Had issues with the AV system in main room. Mgmt eventuallly got it working by bipassing the system. Being close to I70 and the main road wasnt an issue.

The location of this condo is great. Just a 3 minute walk to the covered bridge. We were there for 3 nights and it was a seamless stay for a weekend ski weekend.

We had 2 adults and 6 kids stay here. It was a block outside of Vail village which was awesome. We took the bus stop two blocks away to the Golden Peak. Bus runs every 6 minutes or so making it easy. The property has many upgrades and some that need to be upgraded. Kitchen was great, could use more sofa areas, the blinds were dated, the master bath has a giant tub that was treacherous to get into and not a great shower to use and was had moldy caulk around it. The two biggest issues which we didn't realize is that its right on the busy road coming into Vail, plus the other side is right on 70, which with trucks and traffic is super busy and noisy. The other was no hot tub - which is our fault; somehow we thought it did or had a community. All-in-all the location to Vail / lifts made up for the noise,but if you are a light sleeper and keep windows open (which we did a little as it gets hot, you might have an issue. Manager was very responsive to requests and recommendations.
