Ground Level Mountain Modern Condo in Vail - In unit Washer/Dryer - Walk to the Lifts in Lionshead

Unit 001 is a renovated, ground level, two bedroom/two bath condominium at Vail International. It is conveniently located between Lionshead and Vail Village. You can walk or take the free in town bus that stops at the Dobson Ice Arena, which is adjacent to the Vail International condos. The condo has an all electric kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. If you need your daily caffeine fix, there is a standard 12 oz coffee maker in the kitchen with coffee and filters provided. The dining table seats up to 6 people. There is also a living area with a 60" flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. There is a full size washer and dryer in the entryway. One bedroom has a King bed and the other room has two Doubles along with a sliding glass door that goes out to a ground level patio. There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom. The main bathroom has a walk in shower with sliding glass doors and the hall bathroom has a stall shower.

There is WiFi within the unit with service provided by Xfinity with download speeds up to 175 mb. This mountain modern unit will be a great home for your winter or summer adventures in Vail.


On Site Amenities at Vail International
There is an outdoor hot tub that was refurbished in June of 2025 and a heated pool with views of Vail Mountain.
There are two gas grills available for guest use adjacent to the pool.
Men's and Women's steam rooms.
There is a small workout room on the property which includes a Peloton bike, Bodycraft Treadmill and Elliptical as well as other weights and workout devices for guest use.
There is a common laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers on the ground floor of the building. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are available for purchase.

Free WiFi is offered. Each unit has its own router and password.
Provided in unit amenities include: paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, dishwasher soap, body/hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hair dryers.

No pets in the rental units at Vail International. There is no smoking allowed in the building.

Free Parking for one vehicle per reservation at Vail International.
Additional spaces at $40 per night winter/$25 per night summer, per vehicle may be possible, subject to availability.

Disappointed

Very disappointed in cleanliness, mechanical problems, patio access, etc. Expected a lot more for the price. Travel a lot and this unit did not compare to comparable units for the cost. Skiing was great though!

Broken Toilet and Electrical Fire

We checked in and one of the bathroom toilets was broke. The next morning one of the baseboard heaters exploded and started a fire and we had to find the fire extinguisher. This occurred within feet of myself and small Child.

The property is nice. I do not think it was fully advertised that it was a bottom unit. One of kitchen cabinets is broken. Fireplace did not work. Only shampoo was provided, not conditioner??Floor was not fully vacuumed. Pool and hot tub was fully covered. I tried to call the front desk numerous times and was put on extended hold so did not get to talk to anyone about the pool/hot tub situation. Great location!

We loved staying at this property. We rented a car to get to and from the airport, but we walked everywhere else because the location is fantastic! There’s a free bus that is a short walk from this property. Everything was clean and we loved staying here for 2 nights for a wedding.

Only problem we face is that we are use to VRBOs having some kind of book with information regarding location, and procedure for exit with respect to garbage, sheets, towels, how to run dishwasher, heat/air. Could not find anything.

A great stay, with noises construction

Had an amazing time at the condo, was not aware there would be construction happening everyday all days starting sometimes before 8 am. Other than this, it was great for us, very easy to use the shuttles in town. There was a lack of cleaning supplies in the kitchen, and the thermostat was a little difficult to understand/work. Luckily it was spring so we were fine just opening the windows. If there was no construction, it could have easily been a five.

Over all satisfactory. We checked in late so we picked up an envelope with key and pertinent info. We were issued one key while having 4 occupants. We locked ourselves out of the unit, thinking one in our party had the key. Suggest at least 2 keys be issued if 2 or more people in the party.

Friends ski trip

Came to vail with best friend couple. The property was an excellent price and location. It was in Lionshead Village on the furthest side closest to Vail Village. Easy walking to lionshead to ski. Also easy walking to Vail in the evening for dinner and fun. The complex is an older complex, but very well kept. Our room was absolutely perfect. Just enough room, comfy cute. The living room was a perfect spot to relax and visit. Bedrooms were roomy with comfortable beds. Quick walk to the local grocery. I will definitely be staying here again.
