Beautiful unit

The unit was wonderful, plenty of bedding, pillows and even dehumidifiers for each room. Great views. The location is very good, but you do have to shuttle to pretty much every restaurant or retail. Room was not ready for checkin at 4pm- which is slightly frustrating. I think we got in at 4:30. But with an 11am checkout, should be able to get in by 4pm. The lack of daily maid service is also a mild inconvenience. You can pay $200 more a day for maid service- at the cost this should be included

We stayed at the property in early February 2022. The unit is beautiful, very nicely furnished, super clean, and less than a five minute walk to the lift. The ski valet and the car valet are extremely helpful and good. However, the front desk is a major disappointment. Nearly every request was met with the response “we can’t do that. Let me call your property manager.” There are apparently four property managers servicing the building which causes confusion” The result is that while you are staying in a property with the rats name, you will not receive Ritz service paren except for the valet paren.

This is a beautiful property which is very well appointed and maintained.

Great service at all times from the front desk. Regular shuttle to and from skiing and transport available anywhere in the village courtesy of the Ritz Carlton property. Ski Valet service is wonderful. Pablo who we rented through was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend rhis property and return... It was a lovely touch for our fridge to be stocked with food on our arrival! Thank you to the Ritz Carlton and Pablo 😄
