We were not informed at ck in that there was no water . Lock to the door outside was broken and could only be closed by a chain. The property is very poorly maintained broken tiles in the elevator ,torn lampshades, ripped furniture. Our room was not cleaned although we were gone for hours. We informed the front desk that the room was not cleaned & that we needed towels and there were no towels when we returned. This hotel sadly should not be a Rock Resort. The location is great and the bed & shower were good so I did not give it the lowest rating.Additionally the tv did not work and there was no phone.
