DEDICATED OWNER/CONCIERGE

This wonderful private condo, with a beautiful vaulted wood ceiling in the living area, offers two full bathrooms, one bedroom with a king bed, a sleeping loft with two twin beds, and a queen size Murphy wall bed that includes a very comfortable queen mattress. The condo sleeps up to 5 persons in great comfort. The dining table also offers seating for six.

Because our condo is a top floor/end unit, it is one of the most private and quiet condos within the property. The bedroom, kitchen and both bathrooms are all on an exterior wall and there is no one above you.

Gourmet kitchen includes high-end alder cabinetry, quartz countertops and all new appliances, including washer & dryer. There is wood-look tile flooring in the kitchen, living area and hall.

Two full bathrooms have been updated, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a deep soaking bathtub with shower. There are alder wood doors and extensive woodwork within the condo, including new carpet in the master bedroom.

This is an excellently maintained property and offers a fantastic location in Vail Village on the edge of Gore Creek and within steps of many restaurants, shops, ski lifts and Ford Park for summer and fall activities. The property offers two hot tubs on a deck and an outdoor pool heated year-round. There is a ski shuttle managed by our staff that runs daily in the winter months as an option to walking to and from the ski lifts. Our very popular shuttle runs every 15 minutes in the morning and every 30 minutes in the afternoon.

Condo 401 has only ONE reserved parking space and it’s in the underground parking garage. It is located on the lower bottom level of the garage and is marked as space 401. Full size cars and SUV’s should clear the garage, however, oversized vehicles will not. There is a 79” height limit. There are also a few additional guest parking spaces located on the top deck of the garage. You will need a guest-parking pass from the front office to use one of these guest spaces. They are very limited and not always available.

Host was very communicative and ensured everything went smooth. Condo was very clean and stocked with necessities. Location was great for getting on the slopes. You can walk about 10-15 mins to the golden peak area and catch a lift up the mountain. Or you can hop on The Wren shuttle which runs every 15 minutes in the morning just out front of the building. Afternoon shuttle is every 30 mins. This condo is on the edge of the village. A walk to the stores and restaurants is around 15 minutes and you can keep walking to explore the rest of the village from there. Overall great experience. If you want to be directly in the middle of all the stores and restaurants, this isn’t quite it. However, if you want things just slightly quieter and very walkable to the hustle and bustle then this is absolutely fantastic. Not to mention a very amazing view of the mountain and creek below. Would stay again.

Couldn’t have been any better

We came to see a concert, and the condo was with in walking distance to the amphitheater. The host was magnificent, super helpful and communicated with us and responded to our questions within mins!! Spring break family ski trip

My family of five just finished a week stay for a spring break ski trip, and the condo was wonderful. Accommodated all of us perfectly, was spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable week. The ski shuttle made getting to and from the slopes super convenient, and the balcony overlooking Gore Creek and the base of the mountain was our favorite post-ski place to relax. Would highly recommend!

Amazing Vail Experience

I have traveled a lot and I have to say this was one of my favorite experiences and places that I have stayed . The host was amazing. Within a min of booking I had a long email with all of the details about his place plus great restaurant recommendations. The property was so perfect for us. It was so well equipped with great kitchen items so if you choose to eat meals in, you have nice quality pots, pans, utensils to work with. You can tell the owners have their own personal touch everywhere and you feel like you are staying at a friend’s home. The location was another wonderful feature. Only a few blocks to the heart of everything in Vail village. I would give this property 10 stars if vrbo would let me.

Great Stay for a week of Skiing!

Cozy clean and affordable stay. Well equipped kitchen, it has everything you need along with basic spices and cooking extras. We had 4 adults not related and used the 2 twins in the loft. I found them to be very comfortable. The fire plaxe was great too. Perfect view of the slopes with a nice balcony to relax on. The hot tubs and pool were warm and clean. Shuttle service was convenient. Craig, the host was very informative and always available to answer questions. Highly recommend! Would stay there again! slopes ans

Vail Winter Stay

This was our third stay in this condo. We have been there summer, fall and winter and each time it performed beautifully. You won't find a better communicator than this host, always anxious to please. The condo was clean, quiet and stocked with anything you could need. This condo is located right on Gore Creek and has what has to be the best view in Vail. While other places look into each other, this one looks over them and onto the mountains. We highly recommend this unit.

Family ski weekend

This is a great condo! Beautiful view of slopes and an easy walk to the village and lifts. Condo also has a very convenient shuttle. The inside of the condo is beautiful and has all the comforts of home. Craig provided lots of area information and responded immediately to my questions. Would definitely choose this again if we are back in Vail.

This is a great condo within walking distance to Vail Village. The view is incredible and the space is perfect for small groups that want to enjoy skiing or just relax at a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Vail.
