I thought the hotel was very nice. It came with a basic breakfast and coffee, which was nice. Everything else was extra and the only thing I could probably say about the breakfast is they could’ve offered juice with it but it’s OK. The room was very comfortable. the pool was not heated, but the hot tub was nice and hot. The grounds were beautiful and everything was nice and clean the coffee maker in the room was exceptional. I enjoyed it very much.

Power outage for over 5 hours without any explanation or assistance. No water or electricity. I asked about any compensation and all I got was a sorry. It was raining and wanted to stay in and enjoy the premises but had to go out to use the bathroom.

This place is really a hidden treasure. Once you get to Providence, the main town, you feel like where am I? am I lost? did I take wrong turn? But once you locate the hotel you find yourself in a different world surrounded by vineyards in paradise. The staff was amazing always available to help, the rooms were incredibly well prepped for a visit, the whole entire hotel and rooms were incredibly clean. We will definitely think of going back here for a great stay.

This was a fantastic hotel. They are still under construction. They are that new. So there are a few things that need to be finished. But it was a great place to stay. We had a wonderful visit.

When you make a reservation here through Expedia, the hotel does not honor it. They will contact you through what’s up and ask for zelle payment. If you don’t send them the money via Zelle they will threaten to cancel your reservation even if you make them aware you will be arriving they will ask you to arrive before 4 pm or they will cancel your reservations. The experience was very stressful especially when you are going on vacation to relax. Also, hotel is under construction the price does not reflect this.

Property over all is not too bad it needs some upgrades starting from the entrance should put some cement to avoid to step on dirt! Number 1 thing didn’t like is the pool being so dirty and murky didn’t use it ! But I did used the jacuzzi which it was better I did let the manager know!
