Situated on a quiet residential street in the beautiful seaside village of Valledoria, Villa Etienne is just 1.5km from one of northern Sardinia's best beaches - San Pietro a Mare - and boasts a private swimming pool and small back garden.

There is luxury modern décor throughout and the villa is bright and cool in the summer time, and also benefits from air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living area.

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin room, which all have access to the back garden and 1 family bathroom with luxury modern fittings.

From the living/kitchen area, French doors lead to the sheltered terrace and outdoor seating area which is perfect for meal times and enjoying the delicious Sardinian food.
Sofa bed in the living room can host preferably 2 children.
From the terrace and outdoor eating area the swimming pool is just a few steps away.

The newly fitted modern kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, coffee machine and toaster. There is also a utility area with washing machine.

A short walk into town you will find many shops, including fresh food and mini-supermarkets, wonderful restaurants and cafes, some local bars and offers of activities for all ages.

The surrounding area offers fantastic opportunities to explore with some wonderful nature walks, incredible beaches and historic sites.

Fantastic Place To Stay

This was a fantastic place to stay in Sardinia, a modern, clean, well equipped property and we couldn't have had a better stay. At the top of Valledoria, it took us 5 minutes to walk in to town. The beach is a 5 minute drive away and overall its a beautiful area for a holiday (as is most of Sardinia) . We were only a couple but the property would have been ideal for a small family. Really good service from the owners and on one day that the power tripped out and we couldn't find the key to the box, our rep was with us in 15 minutes to assist. Pool is lovely and its a nice quiet neighbourhood to relax. We would definitely (and may) stay again in the future.

Comfortable villa

We had specifically asked if the pool was available for our April visit and was told it was. A couple of days later we were informed that the pump needed a repair and the part was not available until after our stay. Disappointing, but we agreed a partial refund and kept the booking. Valentina met us at the property, corresponding by WhatsApp to help with the language barrier. The villa was clean and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve meals. Beds are comfortable. We had a few gripes. No internet on arrival - router arrive the following day. We felt that we were possibly the first guests of the season as there was no basic supplies in the kitchen - no salt, 6 peppercorns, no tea, coffee or sugar for a cuppa. Just a bottle of water in the fridge. Two dishwasher tablets and one teatowel for nine days. There was one very flat pillow each and a top sheet on the beds. Feather eiderdowns were packed in the wardrobes. We made do for a couple of nights before asking for more pillows as we were not sleeping well. They were sent the same day. I also mentioned to Valentina that there was no mirror in the double bedroom, which was noted. Location is in a quiet residential road, 10 minutes walk from town, 5 minutes drive to the Spin supermarket and in a good position for exploring the island.In summary, any issues were resolved upon asking. We hope that guests leave basics, as we did, for the next holidaymakers.

Maison confortable et bien équipée

Nous sommes une famille avec 2 enfants de 12 et 8 ans, nous avons séjourné récemment dans cette maison. Elle est très bien équipée (Séche-cheveux, vaisselle en grand nombre, cafetière, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, aspirateur, beaucoup de rangements disponibles) suffisamment spacieuse et la décoration est très agréable. Le quartier est calme, aucune circulation et pas très loin du centre ville. Il y a des magasins alimentaires à proximité. La piscine est de taille adéquate. La localisation nous a permis de visiter Castelsardo, Isola Rossa, la costa paradisio. Très contents de notre séjour

Modernes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet neben dem gerne von uns am Abend genutzten Pool eine schöne Terrasse und sogar einen Grill. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Wasch- und Spülmaschine und endlich einmal genügend Kochgeschirr, Besteck und Teller). Alles ist sehr sauber und funktional. Kleiner Tipp: Wenn man kein italienisches Fernsehen schauen möchte, sollte man sich bspw. einen Fire TV Stock mitnehmen. Die Lage ist sehr gut: ein wenig außerhalb des am Abend lebhaften Dorfes und mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten am Strand. Wenn man viel ansehen möchte, muss man für die sehr kurvenreichen Fahrten Zeit einplanen. Wir haben viele Fahrten unternommen und sind oft sehr früh aufgestanden, um Boote oder Schiffe zu erreichen, dennoch würden wir Valledoria immer wieder gerne empfehlen!

Entspannung pur. Ambiente toll. Lage so lala.

Die Finca befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße und in einem gehobenen Viertel. Was man von Valledoria im direkten nicht immer sagen kann. Das Haus mit Grund ist großzügig, detailverliebt und hochmodern ausgestattet. Wir sind ein sehr kritisches Paar und hatten schon einige Fincen/ Ferienhäuser in Europa besucht. Dieses hier ist wirklich sauber, komplett eingerichtet und modern/ hochwertig ausgestattet. Der Pool hat eine sehr gute Größe mit anfangs 60 cm Tiefe bis zum hinteren Ende dann 1,70 m fließend übergehend. Also für Kinder und Schwimmer geeignet. Außerdem war der Pool immer sehr sauber und nie zu kalt. Die Betten waren etwas härter, dafür sind sie von einer renommierten Marke und sehr sauber gewesen. Man benutzt tatsächlich mal wasserundurchlässige Bezüge ohne das man jedoch schwitz. Das ganze Haus hatte immer ein sehr guten Raumklima, durch die gut abgestimmten Klimaanlagen von Lamborghini. TOP. Fernsehen funktioniert international, jedoch nicht auf deutsch, schade. Den Schlüssel erhält man aus einem Zahlenschlosstresor der direkt am Grundstück montiert ist, sodass man jederzeit An- und Abreisen kann ohne vorher jemanden zu kontaktieren. Leider wurde das DSL per Satellit an unserem ersten Urlaubstag installiert. Dafür kann ich aber nach einem Test sagen, dass eine Verbindung über 50 Mbit's kontinuierlich besteht. Nicht schlecht. Der Grill befindet sich auf der anderen Seite des Hauses mit direktem Zugang von der Poolseite. Anfangs hatten wir keine Kaffeemaschine. Ich kann leider nicht sagen, warum sowas bei der Entabnahme für die Gästefreigabe nicht aufgefallen ist aber Vallentina hat uns morgens direkt ein Cafe Americano und später dann in Kaffeemaschine mitgebracht. Außerdem dürften wir, aufgrund unserer Fahrverspätung um einige Stunden, länger am Abreisetag vor Ort bleiben ohne Aufschlag zu bezahlen. Also rundum wirklich zu empfehlen👍Vielen Dank für Alles Valentina

Vi giver dette sted vores varmeste anbefalinger. Hyggeligt lille hus med alt, hvad vi skulle bruge, god korrespondance med udlejeren, to gode strande i nærheden (hhv. 10 og 20 minutter i bil). Mega lækkert med egen pool. Her er det nemt selv at lave mad, men der er selvfølgelig også mange muligheder for at spise i byen, som ligger i 5-10 minutters afstand til fods eller 2 minutter i bil.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit einem schönen und gepflegten Pool. Gut ausgestattete Küche und auch Strandutensilien sind vorhanden. Betten fanden wir relativ hart. In der Nähe ein riesengroßer Sandstrand.

Great holidays

Thanks Valentina, we had an excellent holidays. The house is perfect, tiny but you have everything you could need. You feel like at home.(beds are excellents and brand new) From 2 min to 1h drive you have beautiful beaches, Excellent food so far, and not expensive around valledoria. It's true that valledoria is not Beverly hills, but is excellent and perfect if you just want to take a break and enjoy with your family. I guess I'll be back next year. My advise for future guess, if you a have a car and you don't like crowded places, get this house. 3/4 times at week somebody comes to race care of the pool. So you just have to enjoy. We have really enjoyed the bbq and the pool!!!lovely. Thanks Valentina!!!

The perfect house for a small family

Very nice house exactly as in the description. Extremely clean and well-kept in general. Very well equipped kitchen with all the necessary accessories plus some more. Well maintained small pool which was used extensively by our children. Valentina came by and greeted which was appreciated. We had two wonderful weeks in the house and highly recommend it. Nice beaches nearby but if you have a car we recommend Spiaggia di Li Cossi which is 30 km from Valledoria. Valledoria has most things in a small format, there are a couple of grocery stores to shop at, a few small restaurants and pizzerias and a couple of bars to hang out in the evening. A visit to Castelsardo is a must, however you go, east or west, you will find something nice to see or do :-)

New and well kept property

This is a new and well kept property. The general condition was very clean and all appliances were in working order. Comfortable beds and working air-con. The pool is very well kept. The town of Valledoria is relaxed and low key with mostly Italian/ local tourists, a quality sign. The San Pietro beach is excellent, a car is needed for the 2.5km drive. A point to note is athat this property is more of a town/ suburb location than the pictures suggest. not necesarily a bad thing, but worth noting.

Perfekt zum Genießen und Entspannen

Es war einfach perfekt. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Neubau-Gebiet ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Nachbarhäuser sind ebenfalls Ferienhäuser oder bewohnte Einfamilienhäuser. Unsere unmittelbaren Nachbarhäuser waren noch nicht bewohnt. Damit hätten wir unsere perfekte Ruhe und keine Zuschauer. Das Haus ist absolut neu und vollständig ausgestattet. Das reicht von einer wirklich vollständigen Küche mit allen erdenklichen Geräten und Werkzeugen, über zwei wirklich ausreichende Schlafzimmer, einem sehr schönen Bad bis hin zu einer Waschmaschine (die wir in der Beschreibung wohl übersehen hatten) und einer perfekten Klimatisierung. Das Beste war aber der Pool der wunderbar sauber und gepflegt und ausreichend groß war. Wir vermissen ihn jetzt sehr. Auch die Betreuung des Hauses vor Ort war perfekt und freundlich. Auch dafür ein herzliches Dankeschön. Der Ort Valledoria bietet alles zum Einkaufen und Essen was man braucht (oder auch nicht braucht). Der wunderbare Strand liegt nur ca. 2 km vom Haus entfernt. Er ist unendlich lang und verfügt über 2 schöne Strandbars. Es war kaum etwas los. Man kann von dort aus nach Castelsardo und Isola Rossa sehen und herrliche Sonnenuntergänge erleben. In Isola Rossa (nur da. 20 Autominuten entfernt) ist am Hafen auch eine PADI-Tauchstation die ich nur wärmstens empfehlen kann. Wir haben uns bestens erholt und möchten uns auf diesem Weg auch bei Jackson für seine perfekte Organisation und Abwicklung sehr herzlich bedanken.

Cute, newly built villa

We are a family of 4 and we found the villa very comfortable and cozy. It's in a new development of villas, in a little town called Valledoria. The villa itself, has all the 'comforts' you would like on holiday - dish washer/clothes washer/air conditioning and the private pool is really nice for kids and adds a touch of 'ambiance' when eating breakfast or dinner outside on the patio. The town of Valledoria is small, but it has a very nice beach and is not too crowded, even in peak season when we were there. There is a more secluded beach, called Baia delle Mimose, which is also very nice and is a short drive from the villa. There's one pizza place in town, on the main road, which is always crowded, but there's a very nice restaurant down by the beach, which always had a table and the food and service was very nice. Valledoria itself is a very small town, but if you drive up north, there are other towns and very nice beaches, if you feel like exploring. The woman managing the villa was very responsive if there was a need and the neighbors were very friendly and helpful - and Italian - which was very helpful, since not too many people spoke English!
