Wieder einmal ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt Absoluter Pluspunkt: zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am weitläufigen Sandstrand Ausstattung ist für ein Ferienhaus ausreichend, ein Gasgrill und ein paar Liegestühle für den Garten würden das Haus aufwerten, denn auf dem Grundstück ist viel Platz um sich aufzuhalten. Eigentlich gut, leider Schimmelprobleme

Die kleine Doppelhaushälfte liegt nur fußläufig vom sehr schönen Sandstrand entfernt. Sie war sauber & ist einfach aber ausreichend eingerichtet. Im Gegensatz zu den Nachbarhäusern ist die Außenanlage nicht fertiggestellt worden, daher ist kein Rasen vorhanden. Im Inneren des Hauses riecht es feucht und muffelig, obwohl wir dauergelüftet hatten. Es sind an den Wänden überall Schimmelflecken zu erkennen, die wohl überstrichen wurden. Von einem benachbarten Hotel dröhnt abends Animationsmusik.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus is gut eingerichtet, alles quasi neu und aufeinander abgestimmt. Einziger "Kritik"-punkt: es gab nur italienisches Fernsehen (Antenne), aber dazu fahre ich ja nicht in den Urlaub.

Wir durften eine Woche in Valledoia geniessen. Das Appartement ist genug gross um mit einer 4-köfpigen Familie darin zu wohnen (obwohl 6 Betten vorhanden sind). Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden. Wir würden sofort wieder in die selbe Unterkufnt gehen. Einziger Werhmutstropfen ist die weiche Matraze im Elternschlafzimmer.

Traumhafte Lage und Ruhe

Lage: Einfach klasse die Lage und das Haus ist geräumig und bietet ausreichend Platz. Nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum herrlichen Strand. Auch ein kleiner Fluß mündet in das Meer wo Kanufahrten möglich sind. Bei der Kurumbabar (Strand Richtung Castelsardo, 7 Minuten vom Haus zu Fuß) ist auch ein toller Strandabschnitt mit kleinem Fluß wo die Kinder die Wahl haben zwischen Salz und Süßwasser. Ausstattung: Leider nur sehr dürftig ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien wie Besteck, keine großen Gläser, kein Toaster, Eierbecher, Schnapsgläser etc.Es musste trotz Spülmaschine ständig abgespült werden. Auch ein fehlender Grill schränkte die Menüauswahl stark ein. Mit dem Flieger kann der Tischgrill leider nicht mit. Das Schlaf-Sofa und die Kissen dort konnten nicht genutzt werden, da alles sehr stark müffelte. Die Kissen konnten gewaschen werden. Möbel/ Sauberkeit: Die Möbel waren zweckmäßig und ausreichend. In der Dusche war oranger Badezimmer Schimmel in den Eckfugen. Die Toilettenbürste war sehr verschmutzt von den Vorgängern. Der Ständer dazu verrostet. Sollte dringend ersetzt werden (12 Euro im nahegelegenen XX Markt). Ansonsten wurde die Wohnung sehr sauber übergeben. Im Aussenbereich wäre ein Rechen von Vorteil um die Piniennadeln zusammen zu rechen. Schade um den schönen Sand um das Häuschen den man sonst nicht sehen kann und wo die Kinder gerne gespielt haben. Kontakt vor Ort: Trotz später Ankunft gegen 23.30 Uhr war Herr XXX bereit uns den Schlüssel für die Wohnung zu hinterlegen und wir konnten in das Haus. Nochmals großen Dank dafür - Mile Grazie. Übergabe fand am Morgen statt. Personal sprach leider nur Italienisch und die Übergabe begrenzte sich auf das Nötigste. Weitere Infos zur Umgebung mussten selbst in Erfahrung gebracht werden. Verbesserungsvorschlag: - Bitte mehr Ausstattung in die Wohnung - Toilettenbürste ersetzen und Dusche gründlich reinigen - Prospekte und Kartenmaterial aus der Umgebung wäre klasse in der Wohnung. - WLAN wäre prima - Da fast täglich irgend ein Abfall abgeholt wird, wäre ein Abfallkalender vorteilhaft. Fazit: Bis auf die o.a. Kleinigkeiten, ist die Wohnung erstklassig und in einer grandios guten Lage für alle Aktivitäten. Auch eine super tolle Pizzeria ist ums Eck (XXX) wo die Margherita nur 4,50 Euro kostet. - Neptungrotte mit Pkw 1 Std. 10 min. - Strand von Stintino, 1 Std. 10 Min. - Wildpferde Hochebene 2 Std. 50 Min. - Maddalena 1 Std. 20 Min. + 30 Min. Fähre (1 Pkw, 2 Erw. 2 Kinder 46 Euro vor Ort) Wir kommen definitiv wieder und besuchen auch gerne wieder das Häuschen in San Pietro de Mar.
