Ideal for winter skiing, summer skiing on the Cervino glacier, cross-country skiing, and for those wishing to access the beautiful ski slopes of Zermatt in Switzerland via direct access with skis from the Italian slopes. The area offers food and wine experiences, spas, golf, summer sports such as mountain biking, trekking, climbing, walking, horseback riding and guided tours of many castles.

Located at 2178 m in the mountains, the apartment on the 6th floor can be accessed with a lift. Equipped kitchen with dishwasher, communal garden with sun loungers, umbrellas are available. Those travelling by car are reminded to be equipped with chains or winter tires. A launderette and a supermarket can be found in the immediate vicinity. Ground floor has a ski box to store your skis and boots.

A utilities & service fee of EUR 95,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
