The bed was comfortable but the room did get a little warm and the a/c was either not working or not connected. Quiet and clean. Check in was smooth and friendly staff. For an unexpected stay over, I was pleasantly surprised to find a place that was convenient to my job site and allowed for a good night sleep.

The lobby is nice and updated. The guest rooms have some updating but need complete updating. Opening the doors to the room the faint scent of smoke still existed from apparently when it was allowable. Bathroom tub area old, and the window treatments were fixed so could not be pulled for privacy.

Good choice for business travel.

I like location of this facility, room was clean, comfortable bed and hot breakfast is a plus for busy day ahead.

Too high priced

Cons: Can up the back. Be honest in pricing.
Trash and mattresses strewn all over back of building. We usually book rooms under $100/night. Vancouver was more expensive and we booked for $130/night. Immediately after booking with Travelocity banners appeared showing prices at $90/night. What a rip off! When I mentioned this to the check in clerk, she offered us a 10% discount. When we checked out, the printer did not work and I couldn't get a copy of the receipt. Sure enough when I got home and checked e-mail there wasn't any discount. I'll never book with Comfort Inn or Travelocity again - EVER! Of course you won't post this - heaven forbid other travelers should be forewarned!!!
