La casa offre fino a 4 posti letto ed è completa di accessori come aria condizionata, internet wi-fi, tv, phon, zanzariere a porte e finestre, fornetto elettrico, cassaforte, asse e ferro da stiro. La lavatrice è in comune con un altro appartamento.
