Apartment is located near the narrowest street of Venice ( only 52 cm) very well known attraction in the city and is offered to spend a few days in the most beautiful city in the world. It is 60 sqm furnished with style, where they are offered all the comforts that a hotel can give, but without sacrificing the intimacy and comfort that only a house can offer. The newly built structure is equipped with all the comforts and is sanitized according to the procedures provided by law.
The apartment is located 3 minutes from the Fondamenta Nove stop, a few minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco.
The lively Cannaregio district is known for its 16th century Jewish ghetto. The Strada Nova is a famous local shopping street, while the narrow streets are a destination for lovers of crafts and vintage products. Informal restaurants and bars on the canal line the nearby Fondamenta della Misericordia and Fondamenta dei Ormesini, while the sumptuous Palazzo Ca' d'Oro displays a collection of Renaissance art.

The apartment was very clean and as described in the pictures and description. The location is close to many restaurants and a short walk to historical sites. The apartment is a little hard to find from the description, but it is RIGHT next to calle varisco (the narrowest street in Venice). The picture of the door was a great help. I recommend traveling light in Venice. Dragging big or multiple suitcases over the canal bridges is not fun. I've learned my lesson.

Close to everything.

The only problem was locating the apartment. Google maps kept changing the address to a different spot. Also the door to get into the apartment is next to the smallest road in Venice. At times we had to ask people to move to get in. The host were super helpful with everything. Would definitely go back.

Nice vacation

The apartment has been renovated and is very comfortable and is kept clean. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Had trouble finding it in the dark, so suggest getting there during daylight hours. The Venetians that we encountered were very helpful and went out of their way to help us with directions. There is easy access to vaporetto stops and there are some restaurants and a bakery nearby. Not far from a grocery store also. We had a nice vacation there.

Ode to Venezia

My first but definitely not last time in Venice saw me nestled down in a cozy and intimate (based on location) apartment near local residents. Early mornings allow trips to the markets for fresh foods or two rights and a left and you’re met with a series of fresh baked goods all within a couple minutes walk from this amazing property. Thank you for allowing me to immerse myself in the venezian culture!

Perfect home base

This spot was perfect for us. Quiet for our little ones to sleep, enough space that we could all do our own thing, walking distance from lots of great restaurants and shopping. Apartment had everything we needed, hosts were very helpful and easily reached, AC and hot water were on point, overall we would absolutely stay here again.
