Lage gut, Ausstattung ausbaufähig

Lage gut; Apartment sehr hellhörig; Abwicklung und Freundlichkeit Vermieter okay; WLAN Funktion und Passwort erst auf Nachfrage erfahren; Küchenausstattung (Topf, Pfanne, Geschirr etc) sehr rudimentär und teilweise usselig/wenig gepflegt; Keine Geschirrtücher, keine Spülmaschinentabs; Backofen und Backblech schmutzig; Kaffeemaschine kaputt; Keine Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Bettzeug für 3. Person; eine Heizung ließ sich nicht abstellen, war dadurch tw unangenehm heiss im Wohn-/Esszimmer; Couch im Wohn-Esszimmer unbequem. Dadurch hat für uns Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht gestimmt.
