Doge's House Apartment......Venetian Dream !!!

DOGE'S HOUSE is a 90 square meter apartment, with a separate entrance on the ground floor is the laundry room with washer, dryer and iron. A short staircase leads to the first floor where you develop the home with 2 beautiful bedrooms with double beds, one with a bathroom, and an second bathroom, a living room with sofa bed and 2 puffs convertible into beds. Also for our tiny guests we can provide 2 cots and 2 high chairs. A large and comfortable super-equipped kitchen, where if you want you can cook.
All rooms are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning and wi-fi
HOUSE Doge is a beautiful and spacious apartment in the thirteenth century, completely renovated in 2013.
It is located behind Piazza San Marco (3 minutes) a few steps from the Rialto Bridge, in the immediate vicinity of the Santa Maria Formosa field, one of the largest areas of Venice, there is also the Palazzo Querini Stampalia Foundation, which is one witness the most important museum and best preserved in Europe. Just 'calle Rugagiuffa' quiet and central location where our guests can find all services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers, banks, etc.) needed for their unforgettable holiday in this wonderful and unique city, rich in history , art and tradition.

Nous sommes arrivés à quatre personnes accueilli par Ilia a notre arrivee prÚs du mont RIALTO . L'appartement se trouve à 2 pas du Riato ou de la Place Saint Marc.. tout était parfait , il ne manquait rien et ce fut un plaisir pour nous. (Les photos sont en tous points à l'identique). D'une propreté remarquable, la literie est excellente. Quelques petites confitures, petits gùteaux, le café et le thé, pour le matin , nous ont permi de ne pas faire à la va-vite des courses en arrivant. Enfin un pur bonheur. . Merci Ilia..

Merveilleux! Allez y les yeux fermés!

Notre sĂ©jour Ă  Venise fut un vrai bonheur et sĂ©journer dans cet endroit y a largement contribuĂ©. MalgrĂ© l'heure tardive, nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis par Ilia au pont du Rialto, qui nous a escortĂ© jusqu'Ă  l'appartement, tout en nous indiquant les bonnes adresses (pizzas et glaces, on en a abusĂ©!). L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, Ă  quelques minutes du pont de Rialto et de la place St Marc. A proximitĂ©, on y trouve un supermarchĂ© (trĂšs utile...par contre peu de choix pour les repas de bĂ©bĂ©) CĂŽtĂ© accueil, c'est le top. Merci Ilia pour le lit bĂ©bĂ© tout prĂȘt (trĂšs agrĂ©able aprĂšs une longue journĂ©e de voyage), les chocolats de pĂąques, la bouteille de vin, la corbeille de petit dĂ©jeuner... Tout est Ă  notre disposition pour que nous nous sentions comme Ă  la maison : serviettes de toilette, papier WC, tablettes pour le lave vaisselle, lessive, huile, vinaigre..., machine Ă  laver, chaise haute pour bĂ©bĂ© ...pleins d'attentions qui rendent la vie plus confortable dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e. Quant Ă  la dĂ©coration, tout est conforme aux photos. Tout est fait avec goĂ»t, et de qualitĂ©. A noter aussi la propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable de l'appartement, jusqu'aux rebords de fenĂȘtre! Ici, tout est rĂ©uni pour le bien-ĂȘtre des voyageurs, Merci Ilia pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil... Severine et toute la famille

Appartement tres bien situĂ© , au cƓur de Venise(5min de St marc et 5 min du Rialto) , neuf, tres bien Ă©quipĂ© et chambres trĂšs belles et calmes identiques aux photos du site . Ilia vous accueille au Vaporetto et est tres rĂ©active en cas de besoin. La cuisine et le salon sont un peu sombres ( donne sur rue trĂšs Ă©troite mais typique), mais nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien dans cet appartement.

Magnifique séjour !

Ilia nous a accueillis avec chaleur et atttention (une bouteille de prosecco au frigo et des chocolats pour les enfants). Son appartement est parfaitement situé (entre le pont Rialto et la place Saint Marc, à 5 minutes à pied), il est d'autre part tout à fait conforme aux photos présentées sur le site. La literie est trÚs confortable, l'équipement est de qualité (Lave vaisselle, lave linge, sÚche linge, TV, radiateurs, ...) et en parfait état de marche. L'état de l'appartement est exemplaire ; le ménage est trÚs soigné. Nous recommanderons vivement cet appartement à nos amis !

A hidden gem

This charming apartment is on a quiet street but quite close to Piazza San Marco. We loved eating at the Trattoria 20 steps away as the food was delicious. Our host provided detailed directions on how to reach the apartment from the rail station and airport. Without that we would’ve been very frustrated. As Venice is a city like no other. The kitchen, sitting room, bedrooms, and baths were all spacious and spotless. We enjoyed having our happy hour in the apartment because there was room to do so. I highly recommend this location.

Great location & comfortable property

The host was incredible! She responded promptly to any questions or concerns we may have had. The apartment was clean and spacious. There are 2 bedrooms, plus a living room with a pull out couch, so 6 people would be very comfortable and all have their own spaces. The master bedroom shower is larger than the shower in the hall. Ilia was fantastic host and we hope to be back again someday!

Exceptional Property

From start to finish, it was a great stay in Venice. We’ve visited Venice 5 times and stayed in a 5-star hotel, a small, wonderful inn and apartments. This apartment was the best for lovely accommodations and great service of any. Ilea was a wonderful host for our visit and worked to make sure everything was to our liking. Great Venice Apartment

This property was in a great location and very clean. There was more than enough space for a family of 4 and we loved having two bathrooms and showers. Everything is updated and the AC is cold. It was great having a washer and dryer. Maybe more comfortable linens would be good to have but overall, we would definitely recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect, Ilia was so great to work with and the hospitality was appreciated! They care about the home and their guests. The only “not as positive” feedback was the mattresses were a little uncomfortable (it’s all dependent on the persons and we were too tired to lose sleep because of it) and the bed in the bedroom without the bathroom seemed to be more the size of a queen bed instead of king. We would most definitely book here again!!

Stunning Venice Apartment

My husband and I stayed here in April and honestly it was so spectacular!!! Great communication with host. The apartment is immaculate which was so awesome for someone who is a clean nut! The decorations were beautiful and the apartment was so spacious. The location was close to everything like attractions, restaurants, bars, San Marco Square. Very well stocked kitchen with everything you would possibly need. This is a must do if you are in Venice!!! I would go to Venice again just to stay in this apartment!!!

Nicely appointed apartment

Great location near the Rialto Bridge. In the winter, just be sure to ask the property manager to turn the heat on a day or two before you arrive. It was very cold and damp in the apartment for the first twenty-four hours. These old buildings in the Venetian climate take a while to heat up! And expect noise from your neighbors. That is normal in Venice. This apartment is so modern and clean, you will enjoy making it your base for a lovely stay.

The property is beautiful with good water pressure, cold air conditioning and a well stocked kitchen. The only negative would be that the location is far from the nearest vaporetto stop of Rialto bridge. Walking with luggage over the bridges was a challenge.

We had a great stay in the Doge’s House! The apartment is centrally located and very close to all the sites that Venezia has to offer! The apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked! Ilia was so accommodating! She met us in person during check in process and walked us to the apartment! She was vey nice and was always available for all of our questions! She was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive! Superb apartment in the heart of Venice

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well appointed apartment only a few minutes walk from all the main areas in Venice. There is even a fantastic restaurant immediately opposite the front door. Ilia and Georgia were perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The only small downside is that if you get the water bus from the Airport to Rialto, you will need to carry your luggage up and down several bridges to reach the apartment. Other than that, it was excellent.

Besser geht es nicht!

Wir waren mit dem Appartement und auch mit der Vermieterin mehr als zufrieden. Die Wohnung war exakt so toll wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Alles war sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt und einladend. Ilia hat uns von der FĂ€hre abgeholt und uns zum Appartement gebracht. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist prima ausgestattet. Es gab sogar eine Flasche Sekt zur BegrĂŒĂŸung und in der KĂŒche standen Kekse, Brotaufstrich, Kaffee und Tee bereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sogar Shampoo und Duschgel passten farblich zu den Badfliesen. Wir können dieses Appartement auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Perfect location in Venice

The apartment was amazing with spacious bedrooms modern bathrooms and very good size kitchen and living room. Plenty of crockery cutlery and anything else you may need if staying here. Apartment was spotless and the wi fi was very good No better compliment other to say should we return then this is where we would stay as also great location to explore Venice.
