Centrally located and close to Gulf beaches, shopping and attractions. This spacious pool home with open plan living areas and split design in a quiet neighborhood is the perfect vacation home for family and friends
A short 10 minute drive to Venice Beach or Manasota Key, Sarasota an easy 20 minute drive with beautiful Siesta Key(voted best beach in the USA ), the famous Ringling Museum and Ca'dizon Mansion and a quick trip to Fort Meyers with the Edison/Ford Winter Estate and Museum waiting for you to explore and enjoy.


The focal point of the home is the central Florida Great Room with Cathedral ceiling and open plan Living /Dining/Kitchen areas which overlook the screened Lanai, private pool and fenced gardens.
The Master bed w/ en-suite, walk-in shower, king bed &TV is located on one side of this room and on the other side are the Queen and Twin rooms and second bathroom with shower over tub.
A Laundry room with washer and dryer and enclosed garage with room for one vehicle complete the layout

The house provides space and privacy for a family or two couples.

The living room features comfortable furnishings with flat screen Smart TV opening onto a large screened outdoor living area and Lanai over looking the beautiful and private pool and gardens

Lovely home close to everything

This is a wonderful property close to beaches and downtown Venice but away from traffic and congestion. Susan is a wonderful host. We love the pool area and the openness of the home. Extremely comfortable! Thank you Susan!

We loved this house. It had everything we needed and was in a great neighborhood. Our kids loved swimming in the pool. The house is close to so many places. It is exactly as listed. Susan was wonderful and so pleasant to work with.

Perfect Vacation Home

This property is exactly as listed. Very comfortable and clean. The Lani and pool are wonderful. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. We enjoyed the neighborhood to walk and bike. Short drive to everything. Susan is wonderful and was easy to work with. We look forward to visiting again!

Peaceful oasis

I loved staying at Susan’s place with my 11 yr old lab Bailey. The home is comfortable, well equipped with everything needed and in a great location. Susan is a fabulous host , quick to respond, friendly and warm. Lots of open space and a lanai right off the living room.

Great End of Summer Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Communications were timely, informative, and the owner was extremely accommodating. This house is spacious and open, with plenty of room for the four of us. A very relaxing retreat for our family. The pool was an added bonus that we enjoyed several times during our stay. Just what we were looking for!

This place was everything we were looking for! There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy! The pool was a great addition to have a break from the beach. The house is about 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from everything else. Great place to stay! We would definitely rent again!
