Opera Prima is a big and typical apartment full of charm. Nearby, the world's first theater, the historic fish market and the Gran Canal have shaped the area and the life of the house in the past.
The residence develops on the third and fourth floor, on a surface of 260 sqm, with an Altana terrace on the roof.
The 3 rooms have been newly renovated, with 2 bathrooms and a service toilet.
There is a huge vollingerichete kitchen, living room and an attic in Hinoko wood.

Just perfect !

Everything was as described and seen in the pictures ! The owner Valentina was very helpful and available for all our questions. She also gives a well prepared document with a lot of informations ( how to reach the residence, restaurant around the area
) The location is incredible ! You can do everything by foot within 15-20min (piazza san marco, rialto bridge, station fondamente nove to go to Murano/Burano). I recommend it 100%. The only thing i can warn you about is it’s on a third floor with no elevator so beware if you have heavy weight luggages !

Appartement spacieux et trÚs bien situé

TrĂšs bien situĂ©, Ă  deux pas du marchĂ© du Rialto, dans une rue trĂšs calme, un appartement trĂšs spacieux, bien Ă©quipĂ©. Nous y avons sĂ©journĂ© Ă  6 personnes adultes trĂšs confortablement. Valentina s'est montrĂ©e trĂšs disponible, avant mĂȘme notre arrivĂ©e, et pendant tout notre sĂ©jour. Nous la remercions pour sa gentillesse et sa rĂ©activitĂ©.

Lots of character at this apartment. We enjoyed the spaciousness, the two bathrooms, the beds, and the location. Wasn’t quite prepared for the three flights walk up and the picture on the page lead us to think our terrace was that one—a little disappointing but all in all, we greatly appreciated Mario meeting us and sharing so much information about the area. This place was absolutely the greatest place to stay! Our family of 8 enjoyed being so close to everything! We did not feel cramped at all because there is so much room to spread out. There are stairs and my husband and I who are 74 & 81 had no problem going up or down. So many great restaurants near by and we even walked to St. Marks Square. You cannot go wrong staying here! Valentina is a great hostess and easy to contact on What’s App. Can’t wait to go back The apartment is right by the Rialto Market. Plenty of great restaurants nearby.

The apartment was huge. Lots of space for 5 people. The rooms are a little dark, but the outdoor balcony cannot be beat. Unfortunately we only were there two nights, would have loved to enjoy the space longer. The check in process was so easy and Mario gave us many great recommendations for our short time in Venice. I hardly ever write reviews. But this was a really good experience overall.

Apartment is in a great location with wonderful restaurants nearby. It is on a quiet non-touristy street and a short walk from water taxi drop off. Clean, well equipped unit. It is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator. Valentino was most helpful and allowed us early check in. Comfortable for the 7 of us. We'd stay there again.

Venice Apartment

Host was attentive and a great communicator. Provided suggestions on how to best get to property and had someone waiting to meet us when we got off the Water Bus. We were provided with great information as to spots to get great meals, drinks, and helped us to avoid tourist traps.Once we got our bearings it was easy to navigate the sights in Venice we planned to see and to explore the side streets and the roads less traveled.The property was comfortable and spacious, although the common areas were warm as they did not have dedicated AC units like the bedrooms. However, we couldn't complain as after a day full of exploration we were all ready to retire to our bedroom and relax.I would recommend this property and would rent again if our travels take us back to Venice.

This was a wonderful property— close to everything but still quiet; clean and exactly like the pictures; and well appointed with everything we might need. Welcome to Venezia!

My husband and I brought our 2 teenage sons (16 & 17) for their first trip to Europe, starting in Venice. This home was perfect for our needs - we each had our own room, plenty of living area space for when we needed a short break from sightseeing. The hosts were wonderful to work with and the house was immaculately clean. The location was on a quiet street, just on the edge of the Rialto market area - easy to get to everywhere we wanted to explore.

The property was in a beautiful location, near many great attractions but far enough to not be in the middle of a tourist trap. Very clean and fantastic communication with the host. Fantastic stay, awesome location! Wonderful communication with hosts, Valentina & Mario, complete with personal greeting at boat deck! First visit to Venice, Valentina was so helpful in preparing us for travel options to get to-/from apartment and restaurant selections. Mario kindly assisted with check-in, he was so patient with us. Apartment was well-equipped and comfortable for our group of 3 couples, WiFi was awesome. We highly recommend this apartment, and will rebook when we come back to beautiful Venezia!
