Staffs were nice, cleanliness were nice. Staff Syncthia , other receptionist and last at Breakfast Restaurant all were good. However, there could a Hotel shuttle service to Vergiate Rail station back and forth as there is no public transport or even walkway for pedestrians at Vergiate.

Nice B&B, friendly staff and amazing breakfast, the only issue was that in the room there was quite a strong smell of something we could not identify perhaps chemical.

Not sure what the smell was in my room, but it smelled like a dentist office times 100. The floor was so warm. Hotel is not within walking distance to anything. I would only recommend this hotel to a man who needs a place to stay before a flight.

The front desk staff were so lovely. Gave us info on where to go and what to see. They could not have been nicer. Now, I only say this because I know how difficult it is to figure out where to stay but…the smell. Masked by some sort of cologne in the lobby, it became evident as you climbed the stairs. My sister said her room smelled like a dentist’s office but I was getting goat. It was really really strong. The heat in the hallways was abnormally high. I would choose somewhere else at least for the next while.
