Beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home with Heated Private Pool. Sleeps 6 to 8.

Spacious 3 Bedroom home with a private screened in heated pool. A split floor plan offers a Huge Master Suite with King Size Bed, walk in closets, private bathroom including a jacuzzi tub. Master includes 42-inch TV with DVD. Second Bedroom has a Queen and a 32-inch TV. There is a second full bath off the Queen Bedroom that also provides access to the pool area. The third bedroom has two full size beds a 40-inch TV with XBOX. The living room is bright and open and is equipped with a 55-inch TV and DVD player. The living room has a 3 Panel sliding door that opens to the pool creating a great indoor/outdoor space for entertaining. The kitchenette seats 4 at the table and 2 at the bar. Dining room table seats 7 and is great for games as well as family dining.

Less than 10 minutes to beach. Quiet Neighborhood close to shopping and great bars and restaurants. Downtown Vero Beach is beautiful and fun for the whole family.

Host checkout procedures requested that WE launder all bed linens and towels used during our stay. If they want this to happen, they need a later checkout than 10:00 a.m. as there is not adequate time to do that before leaving. Also, I have never had a host request this. Typically, they request you put towels in the washer but not start them, and they change and launder sheets. I'm not sure I like the idea of a guest having laundered the sheets and towels we used on our arrival. If the host does it or has it done by their cleaning crew at least the cleaning might be consistent and done properly (at least hopefully).The sheets did not fit the master bed and kept coming off in the night. They need new pillows. They were awful chunks of foam. The house has much deferred maintenance. We had a hard time getting the A/C to cool down at night. It would not start cooling down until around 11:00 p.m. no matter what temperature we set on the thermostat. It simply wouldn't start cooling until about an hour after we settled in.We had a minor problem with ants in the master bathroom and a large roach in one of the guest bedrooms. It might be time for pest extermination treatment.

Great Family Trip

We went to Vero Beach to visit family and this location was perfect. Only 10 mins from our family, and a great retreat when we needed a break. Plenty of space for 6 of us, and the pool was a great hit with everyone, especially the kids. If we go back to Vero, we would consider staying at the same property again.

We had the BEST time here!! The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood and only abiut a 10 minute drive to the public beach which wasnt crowded. There is a Dollar General and Publix less than 5 minutes away, super convenient for any forgotten items while on vacation. There were beach chairs, towels, anf pool toys at the house as well as all the essential items needed during our stay. The outdoor shower was amazing for after a long day at the beach. Overall our stay was perfect and we would definitely stay here again.

The house was absolutely gorgeous! The owner was very quick to respond to issue that came up with the hot water. The only thing that was so disappointing was the yard and pool area. The grass could not have been mowed for at least 3 weeks. The lawn company was supposed to come while we were there and did not show. Pool area and pool also dirty and needing attention.

Very nice home

Everything was great. Pool is heated, beach chairs and umbrella were provided. Everything was as advertised. We would definitely return if going to Vero Beach. The only suggestions for improvement are new (room darkening) curtains for the slider in the master bedroom and new sheets for the king bed. The ones provided did not fit very well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

We were already in this house in the summer of 2023. It is so beautiful. Once again we were very satisfied and happy to spend our vacation here. The house is perfect for us.The layout of the rooms is beautiful. The living area with the kitchen is in the middle, a great place for everyone. The pool is fantastic. The children enjoyed starting the day with a dip in the pool in the morning. There is really everything you need. The house was extremely clean. I can't express how comfortable we felt. We miss the relaxed lifestyle in Vero Beach and we would like to come back again. The communication with Jeff was relaxed and he responded very quickly. All the people we met were friendly and really nice. We have been here twice now and will definitely come back again. thank you very much for everything

House was not as clean as it should be. Couldn't set by the pool due to the bugs eating you alive. I have never had to wash all the bed linens and remaking the beds prior to check out.

Beautiful home and stay

The property was lovely and clean! It had all the amenities we needed. The only thing we wished the house had was a barbecue, but other than that it had everything! It was in a prime location; close to shopping centers and beaches. Our kiddos loved the pool! We would certainly stay here again!

A great property in Vero Beach

This was our 5th year renting this property and it was great for having our kids, grandchildren, and friends to visit and stay during our 18 day rental. The home is bright and comfy with a lovely screened in pool. Owners are very responsive for any questions. 5 ⭐!!

Lovely Home

The check-in process was flawless - the property manager was always prompt with returning my texts. The house was lovely - the decor was very beachy, and the pool was wonderful! Lots of pool floaties were located in the garage as well. The location and privacy of the neighborhood were great as well. There was a heat wave while we were staying there (heat index of 112) and the air conditioner had a little bit of trouble keeping up, but it's to be understood. There are some cosmetic upkeeping things that could be addressed in the master bathroom and kitchen, but both areas were fully functional during our stay. The only troubling thing was the ant problem. We couldn't leave one crumb of any type of food on the counters or it would be swarmed with ants within an hour. The master bathroom had ants everywhere too. I did speak with the property manager about this, and he said he has the house sprayed every two weeks, but it was a bad season for ants at the time. All in all, we had a great stay. We went to some local restaurants and were welcomed warmly and the food was great.

Beautiful and perfect Home

We went from Germany to Vero Beach in July with our two children (ages 4 and 8) and had a wonderful time. The house was gorgeous. Lots of space and exceptionally clean. Really everything you need is available. The pool was great! Perfectly neat and clean. There is also an outdoor shower. The beds were comfortable. The house is lovingly and very stylishly decorated in a maritime style. It is in a quiet and well maintained residential area. We felt very comfortable and safe. In 10 minutes you are at the Beach. A supermarket is right around the corner (2 minutes). We would definitely love to come back. The communication with Jeff was great. He always answered quickly. We would like to thank you very much for the great time in our "Vero Beach at home"! Thank you so much, Jeff!
