Watch the dolphins and manatees from the balcony of this 1400 sq ft 2BR/2BA condo overlooking the marina in Grand Harbor. Master BR has King Bed and en suite Bath; 2nd Bedroom has a second king size bed. There is also a third bed, which is a pullout couch located in the living room.

Condo is fully furnished, including bedding, towels and dishes/cups. Washer/Dryer in unit, plus 1 car garage. Community pool is a 30 second walk away from the condo.

Grand Harbor is an upscale golf community with 2 golf courses and beach club. Club Membership is NOT included with this listing.

Vero Beach condo overlooking marina at Grand Harbor

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It was well supplied and had a lovely view overlooking the marina. The welcome brochure included all the information we needed about the condo, community and fun things to do in Vero Beach. The property managers always responded promptly to any questions we had.

The condo has a wonderful location overlooking the harbor. We also liked having a garage for our car, bikes and golf clubs. The manager was timely and pleasant in responding to a couple needs that we had (new light bulbs etc.) The check in was easy and the information packet was informative and very helpful. Loved the nearby pool which overlooks the harbor. We had a great month away!
