Wonderful house in quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this charming home situated in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and spotless. The kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied for anything we needed. The microwave went on the fritz the first day we were there. Even though she was out of town, Kim had a new microwave delivered to our doorstep in just several hours. The location truly is central, and getting around Vero was pretty easy. Kim was fast with communication any time we had a question. She took her role as host very seriously. The air conditioning was up to the challenge of the Florida heat. That coupled with the quiet neighborhood made for good sleeping. We had a great vacation, and the only thing we would want different if we booked this property again would be a lower refundable damage deposit. The deposit we paid seemed higher than would be expected.

Quiet and Peaceful Stay

Home was as pictured and clean. Street was nice and quiet. We were in town for an event at the Jackie Robinson Training center which was only 1.5 miles away and we loved that the beach was only 10 minutes away. The beach chairs and umbrella came in handy!

Much needed warmth and fun!

The cottage was a great stay for my family! The space was clean and welcoming. The screened front porch was a wonderful cherry on top! My son loved all the lizards and flowers out front. Highly recommend!

Quiet but close to everything

This property is well maintained and has provided everything you would need for a great stay. We were close to anything we wanted to see or do ( beach, shopping, restaurants) but the house was on a very quiet dead end road.

Good deal in Vero Beach

Overall a good deal for a 3 week stay in Vero Beach, which is not cheap. It is not located close to anything, and the neighborhood is not pedestrian friendly which meant driving everywhere. The house is spacious and well laid out but could use a refresh. Kim was very responsive and was answered all of our questionsright away.

Perfect Fit

We needed a small space with two bedrooms close to the Jackie Robinson training facility and this was perfect! We were just a short 5 minute drive from the facility and only 10-15 minutes from the beach. (Loved the beach chairs and umbrella provided). The beds were very comfortable, the rooms spacious, and the house was very clean.

Central location to everything in Vero Beach

Easy booking, check-in and communication with property owner. Had to move out of our home due to builder replacing floors, close to my work and close to home where my husband could check on our home. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others. Just bring your toothbrush as it has everything you need for your stay.

This property is exactly as it appears in the ad. Very clean and well maintained. We had zero issues during our 1 week stay. The neighbors tree provided nice shade on the back patio during the late afternoon. The turn around driveway made coming and going easy. Generally, a very quiet neighborhood.

Perfect for our stay!

Rented it for some R & R,and to recoup from surgery @ Indian River CCF.It was perfect in every way,super cute,so clean,beds & pillows comfy,sheets so soft,home supplied with everything,even beach chairs & a cooler for a day at the beach,which is 10 min.away,hospital 10 min.away (home has NO steps anywhere,easy to maneuver),every store possible minutes away. Our favorite thing was the greenery around property,and all the flowering plants,sitting out in the screened front of home,having morning coffee listening to birds singing,squirrels chasing each other,and all the flora & fauna all around.So peacefully on a dead end street,felt totally safe. Kim was a gracious host,open communication at all times. Thank You for sharing your wonderful place with us,we did NOT want to leave.Planning on returning for a longer period of time.

Close to everything

Loved our stay. So close to everything including our family that was a few blocks away. P House was perfect for our little family of three. Really clean. Only thing I would suggest is a a few hooks in the bathrooms for hand towels.
