Paid for a Premium room and got a standard (needs updating). I got it because the pricing was good. When I explained the room management really didn't seems concerned. Just told me that's what I was assigned by. I showed pictures of room advertised for premium and was told I could pay more to stay in a better room. We have been there 30 times and know what the rooms are like. We have been coming here for over 7 years. Staff is very friendly but the advertising on Expedia is misleading and not so sure we will be back.

The floor was so sticky and the laminate flooring had strips missing between planks. The bed sheets were clean and the bathroom had plenty of towels. I was put in a handicap accessible room, but there were no hooks or hanging options for mobile people/spouse/partner/companion. There were also no USB ports for charging devices. Teenagers were coming in and out of the downstairs and dock all night that even said out loud they weren’t staying there, and had more trucks and people take up the very limited parking under my balcony to fish the docks when they shouldn’t have even been there.

Only stayed one night. Nice staff, nice and quiet so slept well whilst there. Nice to have the beach and pool although we didn’t use either as got there later than planned. But room and bathroom were both quite dated and the bathroom in particular was very shabby. Several areas of significant wear and tear although everything functioned ok.
