Clean and comfortable

We were very worried about our stay after reading one negative review, but we were pleasantly surprised. The house was very clean when we arrived, so my best guess is that the previous guest experienced some sort of misfire with the cleaning crew. Yes, the house could use some sprucing and is showing some signs of wear, but it was clean, spacious and functional and looked exactly as pictured. The pool was not usable due to the very cold water. It was not a big deal but I wish I had realized in advance that it would be too cold to swim in the water. We did not experience any issues.

Property was easily accessible to all locations. Clean throughout the house. Was able to get in a little early for check in. We didn’t use pool, wish it was heated. Could have used a few more towels. Could use another tv in the house. We were fighting over sports or shows we watch. lol But would use this residence if going back to Vero. Ty

met our needs

The listing and pictures were accurate.. We were there for two weeks and we were comfortable and overall pleased . The location is very nice and the view from the back patio overlooking the pond was awesome. It appeared the interior was recently painted. The use of the garage was a big help for us. That said the house is not “ luxury” but very nice and met our needs. Furniture as seen in listing is minimal but adequate as well as nothing on the wall limits the “ homey “feel but each to his own on decorating.

Filthy house in vero beach

The house was filthy even though it was supposedly cleaned. I took many pictures there were water bottles under the bed. They were men’s dirty work boots under the bed the living room rug was soaking wet and stained the pool head rolls of toilet paper, wet poolside mildew in the pool we could not use, one bathroom was totally in operable as the water did not drain in the sink or the shower it smelled like cigarettes, mildew, it was absolutely filthy. I would never book again. It was my first time doing so it was nothing like the pictures, and it was a lot of money to spend to not be able to spend any time in the house. I am completely disappointed and would never do this again. I did reach out to the owner. He said he would tell the housekeepers, but I honestly think that I would be reimburse some of the money I have pictures to prove it it’s absolutely deplorable

Nice house with lovely pool

We had a great stay at the house in Vero Beach. It’s in a quiet residential area but close to amenities, shops, and not far from the beautiful beaches. The pool was perfect for our family. Very comfortable beds and plenty of linen. The interior is spacious but slight “tired” . It could do with a repaint. Also beach towels would be useful, especially for a family such as ours who had travelled from overseas. But the house was clean and suited us fine. The owner was really easy to get hold of and answered all our questions quickly.

Vero Beach Fun 3 + weeks

The home is exactly as stated in the descriptions which I find very refreshing. The pool was very clean and refreshing, the beds were comfortable and relaxing. We would walk the neighborhood in the evenings which was calming and quiet. The next-door neighbors even came over to see if we might need anything during a storm (very friendly). All restaurants were close and there is plenty of shopping. We spent a lot of time at the beaches which are only 15 minutes away. Our host was very accommodating and friendly. They would communicate with us whenever we needed something even an early check-in and late check-out without a worry. Wow a great vacation!

Home was setup great for us. We were able to check in early without any problems. Host were very responsive and kind. We were able to park in the garage which was great during storms. Pool was very relaxing and clean. really a great trip! We would rent this property again. And we did..
