This property boasts all the comforts of home and is just a short walk to the beach on beautiful South Hutchinson Island. The two-story townhouse is fully furnished with new furniture for all rooms including the family room, a spacious master and a super cute guest room -- both with large closets. Fully furnished kitchen is ready for cooking and entertaining and the oversized carport offers covered parking -- nice for both protection from the elements as well as a morning coffee or afternoon cocktail at the bistro table.

2 Bedrooms for price of 1 bedroom (Note: bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Living room, kitchen, dining and laundry room downstairs).

Back yard with outdoor seating and a windsail for protection from sun.

Beach location with great small town beach feel. Close by golf, parks, trails, restaurants, fishing, boat ramps, tennis, pickleball, etc.

Fort Pierce offers the Fort Pierce inlet, the Sunrise Theatre, the farmers market, miles of easy access beaches, and a variety of Tiki Bars.

If you want to take a nice short day trip there are plenty of options. Vero Beach is about 18 miles north, Jensen Beach is 18 miles south, Stuart is 22 miles south, then you have Hobe Sound and Jupiter a little further south.

We had such a great stay — everything was terrific and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more. The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beach being right across the street was a huge bonus and made it incredibly easy to enjoy the ocean anytime.Larry was a fantastic host and did an amazing job sharing local tips and what was going on in the area — it really added to the experience. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the sunscreen bottles in the beach chairs — such a small detail, but it made a big difference.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Our host Larry was amazing! The home was 1 block from the beach and they had anything you could possibly need! There is so much to do there and excellent restaurants. We highly recommend this property and would love to come back again!

The cottage was decorated beautifully and very cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Extremely close to the public beach. The neighborhood was nice to walk or dog with lots of green space. We enjoyed our visit there!

Great place to stay. Larry checked in often to make sure everything was okay, and that we had everything we needed. Spacious, a/c worked great (it was super hot when we visited). Amazing time!

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect when we arrived. The owners Larry and Selina do an amazing job and make sure you have everything you need and their communication is the best we've ever had with owners. This is definitely one of our top favorite places we've been.

We were very pleased with our stay in this townhouse. It has everything needed to be comfortable. The location is great as it’s close to parks, beaches, restaurants and shopping. There are many attractions on the coast. Larry and Selina are kind and accommodating. We are looking forward to our stay next year!

Great beach getaway!

My son and I were in town for a baseball tournament. We stayed at Mr Larry’s beach cottage and it was perfect. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! After the games, we were steps away from the beach which was never crowded. The check-in & check-out process was hassle-free. Mr. Larry stayed in touch and was helpful with any questions I had. We will definitely visit again!!

This property was an excellent choice for us. 2 adults 2 grandkids. Two separate beds for the kids.Queen bed for the adults. Stairs were the only thing. They were a little steep.
