This 2800 Sq Ft Huge house has Vaulted Ceilings, Open kitchen concept, 4 bedrooms, Sleeps 11 and comes with Memory Foam Mattresses and Huge LED TVs. Master bath has a Soaker Tub and Walk in Shower with Dual Showers. Only 3 miles from white sandy beaches, we provide you all your Beach gear, beach chairs, towels, cart, boogie board and balls. House is stocked with everything you need and Free Coffee, cream & sugar. Huge driveway, so bring your boat and park up to 4 cars.

Wonderful stay at this lovely home. Plenty of areas for lounging, both outside and in. Nice rooms with plenty of sleeping options. Great amenities. Close to good restaurants in Vero and a short drive to the beach. Owner had games, beach chairs, boogie boards and plenty for all ages to enjoy. Would stay here again for sure.

The home was fantastic. We were in town for my son's wedding and had enough room and beds to accommodate my husband and I and our daughters with their family. Everyone was able to spread out and do their own things. The area very convenient to everything we needed. The host, Kevin answered our questions in a timely manner and was always very polite. This is a great house and Kevin was a very friendly and helpful host. The house is very well appointed with a great kitchen and well equipped. The bedrooms are very nice and roomy. It was Christmas and ther we was a large beautifully decorated. Thoughtful items like bottled water bathroom accessories provided. We had two famlies with seven people which were very comfortable in this house. Kecin let us in early in the first day which allowed me to stock the kitchen! Nic we. You can't go wrong with Kevin and his home.

Surprised with the large living area for all to enjoy

The middle of the place had a large area for all to enjoy with a place to hang out a very spacious kitchen and there was plenty to do with the toys they provided. The location was nice since it was close to Publix and other stores and places to visit. The hosts were very easy to make contact and easy to deal with. The bedrooms were off to the different ends of the house which made it quiet and private for a stay. We would definitely rebook if we had a need/want. You can't go wrong with this one!!!

2025 Men's golf outing

Family Wedding

We arrived from Pennsylvania for our nephew’s wedding. So happy with our stay. House was immaculate, bath towels were just like home. House is spacious everyone had their own room to relax. Kitchen was well equipped and the huge tv’s were a plus. Furniture and beds were very comfy. The front closed in patio was a plus nice for coffee clutch in the morning. Only complaint we couldn’t stay another day as real life needs sent us on our way!

Fantastic rental

The rental is big and can accommodate a large group. We had ten and it was perfect. The open floor plan is wonderful, kitchen is great to cook in, and has a charcoal grill in the backyard. Master bedroom is amazing! The rental is in a nice neighborhood and a 7 minute drive to the beach. Check in and check out was a breeze. I can’t fully express how pleased we were to stay here.

THIS HOUSE WAS PERFECTION

Our group of 8 in our family stayed at Kevin's home in Vero, and it was exceptional! Everything from the large accommodations to the wonderful beach decor was perfect! They even had a ping pong table which the kids couldn't peel themselves away from. The home was so cozy and clean, we will definitely be booking with Kevin again. THIS HOUSE IS A GEM!
