Excellent customer service, very comfortable family room (lovely beds) and a very good ethos of sustainability. Best for those by car, but also accessible from nearby rail station via an underpass.

When we discovered that the elevator did no go directly to the floor our room was on, we asked to be moved. We were told that we had booked the cheapest room in the hotel and if we wanted to move we had to pay about 30% more. When we booked,we were not told any of this, so I consider it a bait and switch. Also, the hotel is large, but seemed fairly empty. So they could easily have been more accommodating. The staff was unfriendly and made it feel like they were doing us a favor. The A/C went off in the middle of the night so the room was airless. The internet seemed to drop out frequently. The surrounding area is semi industrial, and very uninviting. Excellent hotel in easy reach of Verona
Surprisingly good considering the location. It's a convenient business hotel but also a great base for a visit to Verona which is in easy reach. Fantastic restaurant and breakfasts were amazing.
