A Great Location

A great location very close to the Piazza Bra and the Arena, the shops.... We had a warm friendly welcome on arrival. The reception team spoke excellent English. Our room looked out onto the courtyard garden and was very comfortable.

Negative: The noise from people partying on the main road until around 01:00 every night and having a front facing room on the corner, you get the worse of it all. Positive: The staff are excellent.

Loved this hotel, great location, well fitted out and maintained. Charming and helpful staff, we really appreciated their time and attention. Room 59 is recommended. Parking is limited, better use a small car!

Good value for money

Well situated hotel, nearby to all main attractions. The staff is friendly. Hotel offers a wide-range of breakfast. Wifi quality requires an upgrade and the room can be slightly noisy if you are attentive.

Nice maintained hotel with a prime location, close to main attractions, our room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast is pretty good. Definitely I recommend this hotel.

Excellent! Beautifully decorated and clean. Spacious room, w bidet and shower. Breakfast buffet was above average and included some gluten free offerings. Coffee service at table was a plus! Lovely hotel, lovely staff, excellent location right next to the Arena and a few minutes walk to all the major sights. The room was a bit warm and leaving the window open meant you got the noise from outside. Minor inconvenience.

Perfect location. Staff are lovely and friendly. The room was was spacious for the two of us and l loved the classic decor. We had a drink at happy hour in the little bar onsite and used the garden courtyard it was lovely. Easy walk to main sight seeing. Would stay again
