"Room was lovely and staff were very friendly. Were told there were no spaces in the car park but I questioned this (this was why we chose this hotel over others and had free parking as a perk) and there actually were free spaces. "

During the peak period there was significant noise in the atrium and then by the pool bar during the night, given this I would probably only return during the low season or ask for a room off the main atrium. You wouldn't want to stay there it you want to spend any amount of time in your room (which I didn't). Hotel overall a bit more pretence than quality but that's fairly typical of these kind of 4+ star hotels. I had better experience in a 2-star hotel a few days prior. "

"The front desk and resteraunt staff are excellent. My room was spotless. I booked a waterfront room. I would have liked to see a robe and slippers in the closet. Also, they don't provide a kettle or coffee service."
