It is situated right in the heart of the historic center, just a short walk from the Basilica Palladiana and Piazza dei Signori, overlooking the pedestrian-only streets of the neighborhood.

We are located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL).



The space

The 60-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building with an elevator (two steps to access it).



The space is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, armchairs, dining table, TV, and split air conditioner;

- KITCHENETTE with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, clothes rack, and split A/C;

- BATHROOM with a bathtub/shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, split-system air conditioning (ONLY in the living room and bedroom), hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.



Guest access

The entire home is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



Other details to note

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the City of Vicenza, amounting to EUR 2 for the first 5 nights.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system is turned on and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Check-in will be via online self-check-in; completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve the keys and gain access to the apartment.



Keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site smart lock. The combination will be provided via text message a few days before check-in.

In case of any issues, assistance will be available until 11:00 PM.



If you’d prefer to receive the keys from a member of our staff at the apartment, this is available upon request at no charge from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

After 7:00 PM, this service is available for an additional fee of:

EUR 30 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM

EUR 50 from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Check-in is not possible after 11:00 PM, even for a fee.



Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
