Worst holiday inn we have stayed in. The room was showing its age with missing baseboards and cracked tiles. The carpet was damp and musty and I’m not even sure it has been vacuumed in some time. The bed was surprising nice with very clean linens. Everything else was just very disgusting. Won’t be staying here ever again.

We booked this place as a halfway point on our road trip. The online reviews and pictures are VERY deceiving. This was the grossest hotel I’ve ever been to. Trash left behind in the rooms, dirty floors in the hallways, trash in the elevators, CIGARETTE BURNS in our sheets. We got woken up by the smell of weed at 2 am. Items left behind in the room from other guests… i.e. an elf bar, trash, and some hair gel. Would not recommend if this was the last place to stay on planet earth.

The staff were mostly helpful and professional, and the breakfast was pretty good for a hotel, but the internet would not connect to my laptop despite never having a problem before, and my room literally had zero blackout curtains. Then with the fire alarm (twice!) for seemingly no reason, I left frustrated and super exhausted. No refreshed feeling. The bed was also a bit hard. And the "Cilantro Bar & Grill" was totally non-existent except for a sparsely decored patio. Just not a good experience but not terrible.
