It could be a 4-star... The good: Valet parking; Clean; Great view; Nice breakfast The questionable: The staff appear to be friendly, without being very amenable. When I asked the bartender at the pool bar to turn the volume on the 'boom-boom' music down a bit (there were only 6 people on the deck and one was <6 months old), she told me to go sit at the other end of the pool. I was told repeatedly that they didn't care if I was an Expedia Gold Member, they do not offer upgrades. This became an issue because I had booked a Superior Room (215sqft) and the room that we got (135sqft) - behind the elevator - would have been stretched to be a decent single. The hotel was full, so we were stuck.The next morning they agreed to move us to a larger room (160 sqft). They could have made a guest happy by upgrading us to one of the empty Executive Rooms - as I requested - in compensation for the previous night. But they refused. Instead, they cut their losses by giving us a slightly better, albeit unsatisfactory, room and let the 4 Executive Rooms go empty. There is almost no discernible decor: the bottom is blue and the top is white; no artwork, flowers, sculptures, POI's. They offer an area shuttle, but wanted 10€ for 500m. Should be a service, not a grab. Negatives: The most eco UNfriendly hotel I've been to in a long time. Everything is plastic, wrapped in plastic, single use amenities, etc. Description is totally misleading - not on the beach! There are better avaliable!

Beat Staff! All of them but I don’t know their names. Juicy was our go to person who helped us with our trip. She explains in detail what you need to know and is soooo patient. Vincenzo is the host at the restaraunt! He smiles at you and ensures you feel welcomed. When you hug to say goodbye, you know it was a great stay. Be good to the staff and they will be great to you.

Difficult to fault the property and the staff. Rooms could do with a bit of update in having tvs that are either wifi or castable to, and few bits to touch up in bathroom etc. But over all you cant go wrong with this place at all., had a lovely stay.

We loved the breakfast buffet, and the restaurant servers were outstanding! The sunset views were absolutely gorgeous, and the drinks arrived quickly. While the beach club didn’t have direct sandy beach access, the floating dock and its restaurant offered generous, delicious portions. Dinner options were on the pricey side and not quite as delicious, and the wine was outrageously priced. Overall, we still had a fantastic stay! :)

Simply loved our stay here. The staff was very friendly and the town it was in had the best dining experiences all within a 5 min walk. Since it was in a smaller town the pricing of the restaurants was very reasonable and great quality food. It was a short train ride to Sorrento as we were touring hte Amafi coast. Highly recommend.
