Downstairs, separate bedrooms and bathrooms The home is equipped with ducted evaporative air conditioning and gas heating in both living areas, ensuring comfort no matter the season.

For your convenience, the property includes a high chair, table tennis table, washing machine, dryer, ironing unit, outdoor furniture, and a Weber Q for BBQs. The enclosed backyard is perfect for outdoor games and family gatherings, while the garage offers secure parking and extra storage.

Important Notes:
- No Wi-Fi is available at the property.
- Pets are not permitted (Penalties apply if the pet policy is breached).
- The property is non-smoking.
- Linen is not included Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests must bring or hire sheets, pillowcases, towels, and tea towels. Linen hire is available upon request.

As per our Terms and Conditions, a valid credit card is required during the online check-in process for all bookings. It is important to note that the credit card provided may be charged for any damages, additional cleaning, or rubbish removal that may occur during your stay at the property.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Owner'S Rights
Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
