Spacious 2 BR Suite, Family Friendly, near Colwood Waterfront, Royal Roads Univ

This lovely 2-bedroom suite is in a peaceful neighbourhood and is close to the beautiful Colwood Waterfront. It has a well-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher; full bathroom with shower and jet tub; and a spacious living room with heat pump and A/C. As your host, I live upstairs with my 2 young children. I will be happy to help you with anything you need during your stay.

You’ll enjoy a peaceful side yard with outdoor seating, where you may spot deer across the fence or hear peacocks calling.

20 minutes from Downtown Victoria, and easy highway access make it a great spot for exploring the Peninsula, Downtown or Upisland. 15 mins from Victoria General Hospital. 5 mins to Royal Road University. Grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy & restaurants within walking distance.

The space is best suited for 4 guests. The pull-out couch can be used to accommodate an additional 2 guests with small additional fee. (Note that this option is less comfortable than regular beds.) Please let me know if you’d like to use the couch so I can provide you extra bedding.

The space is family friendly, and a travel crib, high chair, kids’ dishes/cutlery and toys can be provided upon request.

Early check in and late check may be requested, and I will approve if available.

This is a freshly prepared listing, with a lot of care and craftsmanship put into designing and building the suite. It is very well done, with nice finishes, quality cabinets and materials, and delightful furniture. The beds are wonderful, and the bed rooms are nicely laid out and prepared. The washroom has good storage for everyone's travel bags, and is nicely appointed too. The kitchen is well designed with lots of storage. There are servings for 7, and appropriate pots and pans, along with a Kuerig coffee maker, and quiet dishwasher. The host was helpful and responsive. We happily recommend staying at her place, and would again in the future.
