"Fantastic hotel and superb value for money. The room allocated to me was spacious and quiet. Breakfast also very good. The only niggling point was the warmth of the room at night - the desk fan helped but the room still felt a bit warm to sleep in. Appreciate not an easy fix! "

"The curtains were falling down. There were stains on the stair carpets. Hotel smelt of cigarette smoke and weed. Looked as if it is being used as a halfway house for the druggies and homeless. I WOULD NOT stay here or recommend it. Called Expedia asking for a refund as i felt unsafe. They say they called the hotel, i was stood by the phone. It did NOT ring. I believe they lied and now refuse my refund. This place should not be on their web page for the safety of their customers."
