Stay in Barstow

The Hotel was very clean and well organized. It would have been nice to have an elevator to the 2nd floor so we didn't have to carry heavy suitcases upstairs. The hotel had a washer and dryer which was nice for those on a long trip. The staff was courteous and helpful. Overall I've found Wyndham hotels to be quite nice.

No soap in the room

It was very clean and there were plenty of amenities. The only problem we had was there was no soap of any kind in the room. Luckily we had our own.

The floors are laminate and my floor was very dirty. I went to tell the front desk clerk amd she just kept telling me that the room was cleaned. It took several rounds of this before I finally got my room changed. Then the new room's AC unit was loud. I just dealt with it bc I didn't want to change again.
