My room was by the fitness center and a customer was in there very early in the morning making a lot of noise. I checked in late at night and the person upstairs was extremely loud. You can hear everything from our room. I told the front desk and they did nothing about it. Not satisfied at all. I did not get a good night sleep. The beds need to be updated as well. We can feel all the spring on your body.

Being locked out of our room first because they wanted a $100 deposit, which I had in cash but they would not accept. Even after the fact that they accepted my cash as partial payment when we checked in. Paid for 5 nites to stay at this place and they were worried about that... Key cards we had to go back down and get new ones on 3 different occasions...

The room has no view because of a neighboring white wall. The receptionist seems unhappy with the poor service. Parking is limited since trucks are parked there.

I loved this hotel we stayed at 10-04-2025. The rooms were clean the staff was great and parking was easy. Don't leave any belongings in your car i saw some transients walking around the parking lot.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, we were located right above a busy well traveled street, so noisy! Had we been at the other end of the hotel, no real complaints. We did have issues with WiFi, but staff really tried to help remedy. I don’t know if tv remotes are same in all the rooms, but ours was almost impossible to use. It is in a very convenient location, close to mall and restaurants.
