The hotel is nice but lack of maintenance.
The family room was bigger than expected. It has 3 queen size bed which the other one is on the floor but it's still ok. There are 2 showers, the other one has no heater but still ok since the water was not too cold. I like the idea of a separate door for CR though it has a bit bad odor like a drainage😷 and the only lavatory outside was leaking on the floor. The staff were courteous and accomodating except for the girl who served our breakfast on our last day. We were asking for their local vinegar for the longganisa and she said there was no vinegar though it was served on our first day of bfast. There were not much choices of bfast meals but it's just ok but their tapa & longanisa were so hard and rubbery (seems old). The downside, nobody clean the room or change the blankets, pillow cases etc. You still have to ask for a new towel and they only give 1 tissue roll a day for the 6 of us? Over all, the hotel looks nice only if they have housekeeper to keep it neat and clean.

Good location walking distance going to calle crisologo. The food was good no other choice just vigan longganisa with garlic rice. Friendly staff,recommended for families with kids. We will definitely comeback.😉
