Cozy villa for rent in a very quiet residence with swimming pool and shared tennis court. The house, consisting of a double bedroom (with the addition of a 2-seater sofa bed), a large living area with open kitchen and a second sofa bed (2-seater), a bathroom with petanque box and from a comfortable outdoor veranda (with front garden and where you can have lunch and dinner), it is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, with television, air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is equipped to allow full use.
The swimming pool is located outdoors (seasonal opening from mid-June to mid-September with lifeguard present) and opening hours are displayed at the entrance (free and reserved for guests of the residence). The tennis court, also reserved for guests of the residence, is always available subject to booking and use is subject to the payment of hourly tokens (but for the first three meetings you will be our welcome guests).
