Villa Pagliara is a characteristic and welcoming three-story villa in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps seven people. From Villa Pagliara you will enjoy a broad view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. Villa Pagliara is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4.5 km (2.8 miles) from Vinci, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will reach Villa Pagliara from the parking area going up a short route that includes approximately two stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Pagliara you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Villa Pagliara is a characteristic villa overlooking the Vinci hills and was originally a barn. It is surrounded by olive trees, vineyard and old chestnuts and it's the perfect place for a relaxing vacation with nature trails or as a base to visit the beautiful medieval village of Vinci, where the great Leonardo da Vinci was born, or many other enchanting Tuscan cities.


The barn has been renovated in respect of the old country Tuscan style, with brick walls and wooden timbers, giving the house a cosy and friendly atmosphere.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the garden. The pool is open from mid-May until mid-October.
Terrace
The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the swimming pool and of the garden.
Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a splendid view of the swimming pool and of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the Tuscan hills.

You will be able to enter the study from the living room going down 16 steps. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. They include two single divan beds and a desk. The room has a small high window.
First LevelLiving Room
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a L-shaped sofa. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through two French doors. The room also has two windows with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Half bath
The half-bath is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. The half-bath has a small high window.
Second LevelBedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery and of the hills. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
