First room it was a really bad leak in the bathroom but they relocated us to another room. Internet never worked on the restaurant area so was no way to work while eating due to the time difference. So we were limited to work WiFi just soap no shampoo/conditioner travel when we arrived. I know the state is hot but it was no comforter for night sleep I know we should ask and I know if we did definitely they would’ve brought it to us, but I don’t think those are things that should or it wasn’t need to be asked for. I’m not complaining. I’m just giving ideas for mandatory stuff to be inside of the room while guest arrive on a five star hotel.

Hotel bem localizado, Atendimento ótimo. O café da manhã é excelente, e mesmo tendo um grande número de pessoas, a reposição foi fantástica. Quarto muito agradável, silêncio, cana bem confortável.

Quarto bom e confortável, mas a TV estava com alguns canais sem som. Pedimos mais dois travesseiros e disseram que não tinham disponíveis, achei ruim essa resposta. O café da manhã é ótimo, variedade e bons alimentos. A localização é razoável, mas o local é bem silencioso. Enfim, o custo benefício é ótimo!

Um bom hotel, vale o custo benefício. Porém podem e devem melhorar pois o espaço tem potencial, bom café da manhã, elevadores e garagem funcional. Pontos a melhorar para subir de nível: o quarto considerado premium, o de numero 1705 é bem legal, porém inadimissível uma cama dura daquela, passei 5 dias sem dormir direito, ficava todo quebrado, isso prejudicou demais nossa estadia, outra coisa necessária é o cuidado com quem fica responsável pelo contato com os hospedes, recepção 100%, meninas da limpeza 100%, porém no café da manhã, no primeiro dia ficou uma menina super educada e simpática, nos outros dias 2 meninas sem educação e simpatia nenhuma, nem bom dia respondiam, quando se pergunta alguma a resposta é seca, a única coisa que uma delas fazia muito bem era ficar no ponto cego da câmera de vocês mexendo no celular. Espero que aproveitem o potencial de vocês para crescer, façam ajustes, pois sempre é necessário, voltarei novamente pois sei que será uma experiência melhor.
