House for 8 persons: approx. 160?m2, comprising a basement, ground floor and first floor. The basement (approx. 20 m2) features a small wine cellar with a fine selection of local wines. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living room with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and an open fireplace. This floor also includes one bedroom with a double bed and TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The first floor offers three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, TV and air conditioning. Furthermore, on this floor you can find one bathroom with a shower. A covered terrace with seating area and barbecue is located behind the house. The entire property is enclosed by a stone wall approximately 1 m high. The swimming pool (8 × 4?m) with sun terrace, lounge pavilion and outdoor shower with a WC in the garden is available for your exclusive use.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Wonderful house for a family holiday

The house was fantastic, well maintained, very clean and ideally located for exploring the whole peninsula. The pool was a real hit with the children, as was the very well stocked wine cellar, for the adults! The host spoke excellent english and was very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.
