With direct beach access and space for 8, this casual, well-loved home is perfect for making memories. Features a pool table, piano, and cozy fireplace.

Welcome aboard the Bay View Beachhouse, the epitome of oceanfront living. From the main living space—your private “deck of your ship”—you'll enjoy a stunning 270-degree view of the Pacific Ocean, Alsea Bay, and the charming town of Waldport.

The home’s decor features a charming nautical theme and a cozy, rustic vibe with wood-paneled walls and an open-plan common area. The true value of our beach house is its incredible location, breathtaking view, and direct beach access. It is a casual, well-loved spot perfect for making memories. You won't find granite countertops or brand-new appliances, but you will find a sense of peace as time seems to slow down.

After over 40 years of exploring the region, we are happy to help you plan some fun adventures. If you need anything at all, just ask!

Love this house

Often when I stay in homes that are more outdated, they tend to also be not as clean. This house is super clean. I loved the funkiness of the home and all the knick knacks. The location is unmatched. We crabbed right in front of the home and caught a bounty of crabs for dinner. The view is wonderful with constant activity of fishing boats and playful seals. Will definitely be back to this house!

Stunning home with lots of space

The views from this home are amazing. The house has so much space and so many things to do. From the pool table downstairs to all the games and puzzles. The steps down to the beach were very supported and safe. The kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed for Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen table even had an extension attached to it. House was very clean, all blankets and towels smelled fresh and the host had timely communication. We loved this home!

Outstanding Location

The location of the home is spectacular. Great views in all directions. The home has the only set of stairs down to the the sand in the area. Very private and exclusive. The home itself is dated, could use some deep cleaning of dust/cobwebs/window grime, etc. The kitchen is small but is well equipped with cooking supplies. There are lots of toys and books for kids and we enjoyed playing a couple games of pool. The side yard is perfect for kids, pets and enjoying fresh air. Three bathrooms is awesome for a crowd and the laundry room is nice with modern washer/dryer. We brought our own propane camp grill and grilled out in the side yard. Ultimately the most important thing to me for a beach vacation is the location and this location is amazing. We had a great time and may be back someday. ;)

Super private scenic location

The house above the beach and bay with endless views. Comfortable and inviting.. we have already rebooked for and additional week. The kids enjoyed everything the area had to offer. The sea cave tour. The aquarium and we enjoyed crabbing out on the bay. The bistro next door was our go to breakfast daily stop.

Eclectic Coastal Paradise
