Superb location close to the lagoon but away from the smelly bit (lagoon smells of sulphur as you go south) close to good dining options, relaxed feel. Rooms were clean and spacious, well serviced. Bar on site for a nightcap.

Lovely staff - friendly and helpful. The room was standard and basic. WiFi was super slow and when other guests were in the hotel it was basically 3G speeds. The location is not great. There is not much in the area and transport is difficult if you don’t have your own rental car.

The property was in nice shape and the staff was friendly and professional. But our room was not in good shape, we were given a smaller bed than promised and mechanicals were worn. The shower curtain was missing and we could not take a decent shower.

A bit disappointed for a Protea Group

There was no hot water during the time I was there. No communication was sent out to inform the guests that there was a problem with the boiler. I had to complain a few times and only on the day I was leaving I was told what the actual problem was. At the end the manager gave us discount on our stay. Great location and beautiful views.
