"I arrived to check-in and there was no one at the front desk. I had to call to have someone come to the front desk. When I arrived to my room, it hadn't been cleaned or someone was still checked in that room. The cleanliness of the room could be better. "

"Man at office was rude and insisted I pay a $4 service fee in addition to what I paid Expedia. WiFi did not work. The keys didn't work properly...no light when lock was disengaged. Several people outside loitering, possibly homeless? Empty beer cans on side of building. No hot water in the shower...cold to warm. Room was relatively clean. No staff on duty when I returned they key cards. Nothing resembling breakfast. Very disappointing. "

"Was suppose to get a non-smoking room They tried telling me it was not a smoking room when I see cigarette burns all over the damn blanket. I asked for a refund and I would leave. I literally walked into the room five minutes and he said no refunds. I would not recommend staying here. Rude ! And the rooms are disgusting "
