Basic room was cold on arrival and no heating other than a small oiled filled radiator. Shower ran cold for a long time and produced a sprinkle rather than shower it was supposed to be. There was no ironing board which for me is essential. Other than that everything else was there and the breakfast was reasonable in the main building.

Very clean, though the property is looking a bit tired... a refresh would be good. Staff fine, though we didn't need to know the receptionist had just had a couple of ECGs when we checked in. Parking good, could do with some EV chargers. Breakfast staff excellent, as was the food.

Friendly, helpful staff, who went above and beyond. The room's radiator did not work; a portable one was provided in its place but it took a little longer to warm the room. The hotel's location is very hand for the centre.
