Room cold, layout not as described and certainly not clear bed settee was in the middle of the door entrance and kitchen. Only place to sit and relax was either on the bed or kitchen table chair. Not ideal for 3 adults. High premium paid for 3 nights. Staff disinterested in resolving concerns and continued to assist others customers when initial contact made to try resolve. The following evening we were offered an alternative room which would have been suitable but gesture made to late in the stay. I would not recommend or visit again. I ly positive was the location.

Hotel itself is small and a little dated in areas, rooms were quite small to move around due to size but clean and comfortable.

Great location. Lovely spacious room with good amenities. Servicing of the room wasn’t the best. We arrived and the previous guests used towels still in our bathroom. In the apartments bin lorry emptiness at 6am very loud and so was late night revellers returning to other apartments in the stair.

The hotel is in the heart of Old Town by sites, restaurants and shopping. There was a good variety of food for breakfast. The hotel itself is very basic/no frills.

Great location, friendly staff but the room especially the bathroom had a really bad odor which I think it was coming from the Asian restaurant next to the hotel. I was there only one night. I know I wouldn’t be able to stay there any longer than that because of the bad smell.

First, the good: clean room, perfect location in Old Town, nice staff, legendary breakfast. The bad: small room, broken-down elevator (hope you don't mind stairs!), and jacuzzi often closed for service. Would stay here again, though, especially for the location and the breakfast!

We returned to this hotel a second time aftet we had a good experience. But no this time. We reserved and paid for a premium room. But the room we received was as tiny as could be. There barely room to open the door or the bathroom. That was very disappointing.

Never coming back to this hotel

I have never had such a bad experience with such hotel who is rated 4 stars in hotels.com . Rooms are dated and small but worst of all the lift didnt work and we were located in the 4th floor. The hotel didnt care about it and didnt offer any commission. They also didnt worn us in advance about the problem and didnt give us the chance to change hotel despite knowing about the faulty lift before our arrival(there is only one lift in the hotel).

DO NOT STAY HERE. I had planned to use the Spa but after seeing how stained all the floors were I opted out. Unfortunately, it didn't get better from there. I was there for a few nights. By the second night the power in my room went out. They asked what I had been doing before it went out (reading in bed) nothing plugged in aside from the hotel. They reset it. The next day I came back to my room after being out all day and the power was out again. They sent someone up who said the same thing had happened across the hall in the last couple of days - they reset the breaker. An hour later, it goes out again. I have an early flight the next morning so I'm trying to charge my phone and get sleep. I go down stairs in my PJs and ask them to fix it. This time another room was also affected. This happens 5 times over the next hour or so. No apologies, just "well what were you doing?" (again reading). Eventually they said they had no additional rooms but I could stay at an apartment down the street. So I had to get dressed, pack up all my stuff, move down the street, unpack it and get ready for bed again which was extremely frustrating with an early flight. The fact that this had been a known issue for days before arrived, and continued to happen and all they bothered to do was reset the breaker, is lazy, potentially a fire hazard depending on what the wiring situation was, and they never bothered to address the root cause. No apologies for the inconvenience - they just wanted money.
