The only positive aspect of this property is its location, about a 15-minute walk from the city centre. Unfortunately, everything else was a major disappointment.
The host's communication was completely unacceptable. We did not received the promised check-in instructions in advance and only got them a few hours before arrival after repeated complaints through Hotels.com. This caused unnecessary stress. Even worse, during our stay a woman attempted to enter the apartment because the host had apparently given her incorrect information about the reservation.
The apartment was also practically uninhabitable during the hot weather. There is no air conditioning, and the only option was to open the windows onto a very busy main road. The constant noise from heavy traffic and trams continued well into the night, making it almost impossible to sleep. Advertising an apartment like this without clearly warning guests about the lack of air conditioning and the extreme noise is misleading.
This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had. Poor communication, chaotic reservation management, no air conditioning, unbearable noise, and a complete lack of professionalism. I travel frequently for work and leisure, but this is a property I will never book again and would strongly advise others to avoid.
